Welcome to Texoma A-Frame, your private lakefront escape on the shores of Lake Texoma. This spacious 2,900 sq. ft. retreat includes a nostalgic log cabin and a beautifully renovated barn, combining rustic charm with modern amenities. There is a friendly neighborhood dog named Snickers. Please don’t feed him or allow him inside he just likes to stop by and say hello.

Perfect for families, fishing trips, and group gatherings, this property offers 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of room for up to 18 guests. Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, or simply lounging on the sandy shore just steps from your door.

You couldn't ask for a more peaceful location near Lake Texoma. 'Texoma A Frame' is the best place to get out of town, just a short walk through the trees from the house down to the sandy shore. The water is a slow sloping grade perfect for summer days. Get ready to enjoy your stay. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close. Launch your boat at one of several ramps about 15 minutes away, including Buncombe Creek Marina. Please contact us if you plan to bring a boat so we can arrange parking. The home is an original 1980's log cabin. The barn has been completely updated. This property has been set up for the perfect weekend out of town for family and friends.

The nearest store is a Dollar General, about a five minute drive. The nearest Walmart is located in Madill. There are a variety of small town USA restaurants close. Don't feel like making breakfast? Stop by the Anchor N Restaurant down by the marina before you hit the water. Want to enjoy one of the best burgers around? Stop by the Burger Shoppe in Kingston. Don't feel like cooking after a day at the lake? Enjoy Cajun cuisine at Ollie's Juke Joint. Don't worry; we will e-mail you all the details you need before arrival.

We stayed here for a family get together and we all enjoyed the outside patio area- plenty of space for everyone and more! Its a short walk to the lake and the sand is so soft. The kids and adults all had a great time at the beach. The only thing we rated less than 4 stars is the beds, the bed in the master br in the cabin was a little uncomfortable to get a good night sleep. But overall, it was a great time!

The view from the back porch is very nice. Sitting on the patio with the fire pit is very relaxing. The game room cabin is set up well and the host was very responsive. The main cabin is nice, but old and it needs some love. The neighbors were closer than I was expecting, but they were very friendly and our grandkids loved playing with their dogs. Need to be sure to bring ice and firewood.

We were grateful to get this property for our large family Christmas at the last minute. The weather was beautiful so the beach access was absolutely a wonderful experience! We made great memories. The outdoor gathering area and deck were fantastic and we enjoyed meals and games together. We had 20 people ranging from 2 years-old to 76. The owners were great communicators, which we appreciated very much.However, we weren’t able to get a lot of sleep due to the squeaking metal beds and doors that did not open and close properly.We also had several people trip on the sagging uneven creaking floors in both upstairs, and the unsafe narrow stairs in the A-Frame. We also struggled to cook big meals due to the poor quality of the stove/oven. Again, the outside experience was amazing and we have no regrets. We will never forget our beach Christmas.

We’d like to clarify that the stairs and layout are consistent with traditional A-frame design. While the home retains the classic creaks typical of this style, it is updated, well-maintained, and safe. As with any staircase, especially for young children, supervision is recommended. We were sorry to hear about the difficulty with the stove. For future stays, we always encourage guests to reach out during their visit so we can assist right away. The stove has been used extensively by recent guests without issue, but we appreciate the feedback. Thank you again, and we’re grateful to have been part of a memorable holiday for your family.

The team enjoyed the time together at the property we stayed in. Only issue is a few of the fans in the game room upstairs didn’t work and guys complained about it being warm in that area.
