This waterfront vacation rental is spacious enough to accommodate up to six guests. Enjoy balcony access from both the living room and the large primary bedroom - the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views and unforgettable sunsets. This condo also features a full kitchen with granite countertops, comfortable living area, and dining area, perfect for family game nights! Guests will also enjoy shared pools, a fitness center, business center, and beach access.

Enjoy a Dolphin experience at Gulf World just a half-mile down the road, or take a drive over to Pier Park, only two miles away, to enjoy the local shops, restaurants, and numerous entertainment options. Also located within a mile from the property is Hidden Lagoon Golf and Racetrack.

Great vacation experience

Thie condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in Panama City. Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing couples vacation or one for the family. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked, great big soaking tub off master bedroom, stocked with games and movies, and a wonderful view of the beach and pool from the balcony. Highly recommend.

Very cute and comfortable.

We stayed here for the week. It’s a very nice condo with super cute decor. Great location. The only complaint we had was the beach service. They tried to put chairs away around 3ish and they don’t always put the umbrella up and it’s hard to manage. Other than that it was great.

Great condo!

Very clean and well kept condo. Being on the 15th floor gives a great ocean view but you don’t feel so high. The condo was well equipped with things we didn’t even think to bring. We have stayed twice and this was our favorite condo so far. We hope to be able to get the same one next time. The decor of the condo is super cute. No issues or complaints. Maybe 1 complaint would be nobody wanted to leave.

Stay was nice but had issues

Overall nice experience but the unit wasn’t very clean, the floors were very dirty the tub was filled with water when we arrived, the master bedroom didn’t have fitted sheets for the bed so we had to buy sheets for our stay that we wont use again and king sheets are very pricey, one other huge down fall was the tv network, it wasn’t working half the time that we were in the unit so when we wanted to relax and watch something we couldn’t. This is our second stay at sunrise in different units we enjoy sunrise and will return just maybe a different unit next year.

Beautiful view

This condo has a beautiful oceanfront view from the 15th floor. The balcony has very nice furniture to enjoy. The kitchen had most everything you would need. I would suggest that you bring kitchen towels as only one was provided. The only complaint I had was the bedroom furniture needs updating, the drawers fall down when you open them. I recommend this condo, beds were comfortable and condo was clean.

Beautiful beach condo

Overall this condo was beautiful. Only exceptions being the spotty internet and antiquated televisions with no cable service. The dishwasher was broken but we reported that so that issue should be resolved. Definitely bring your own blanket because the ones provided are super thin except if you plan to sleep in the room with the bunkbeds because that room is like a sauna. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!!

Wonderful Family Fall Break

Check-in and out was a breeze! The condo was clean and well kept. The view was wonderful! The only issue that we had was that the wifi didn’t work for our condo. I reported the issue but it was not addressed. This was only a minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo - housekeeping questionable

Loved the view. The nice bathrooms. Paint colors look great in photos but actually make this condo appear dark in person (but maybe that is personal taste). We had issues with housekeeping (sand on floor and kitchen counter not cleaned) and internet not working. Housekeeping in bathrooms was very good - Lots of towels (Very good). Two dishwasher packets is unrealistic. Tip... If you want renters to clean dishes then leave enough packets so that the day they leave they clean the last of the dishes in the dishwasher. We found dishes in the cabinet that appeared to have been "rinsed" in the dishwasher but not clean (by the way the dishwasher is excellent and super quiet). Vacasa was unresponsive to two requests for internet (it did not work). Vacasa rep actually hung up on me during my second call requesting help on internet (we called within an hour of arrival on a Friday at 5PM and then again Monday morning). Vacasa has let this condo owner down. The condo is wonderful but today internet is a necessity and housecleaning was only half done. Hopefully my informing them of the problem will solve this issue for future renters as the condo itself is very, very nice.

Beautiful condo!

We LOVED our condo for the week of our stay here at Sunrise. This was our first trip to PCB and everything was amazing. The beaches are gorgeous and we had the most amazing view from our 15th floor balcony. The condo was clean, very spacious, decorated with nice beachy decor, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to PCB and would book our stay at the same place! It was a wonderful trip all around! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Panama Family Vacation

The view was beautiful from the balcony. All the rooms were comfortable. The master bathtub and shower was very large. If you are tall this is the place for you. They had plenty if towels and wash cloths. The kitchen had everything you could want on a vacation. We loved the separate laundry room. The sectional couch was very comfortable.

Home was great, provisions were lacking

The home was very nice, exactly as pictured and great location, close to several restaurants and activities. What was disappointing was the lack of basic kitchen staples (salt & pepper, coffee filters for that particular coffee pot, trash bags, aluminum foil). I have never stayed in a home that didn't provide these basic items. I ended up buying 200 coffee filters that don't fit in my home machine (good thing they are inexpensive). We were only provided with two kitchen trash bags for the week. With one day left on our vacation, we asked for another kitchen trash bag and were told that we should have provided those. Thankfully, the lady let us have one since we only had one day left. If the agreement mentioned that basic kitchen staples were not provided, I missed it. Since some of the other reviewers stated there were beach towels available for use, we didn't pack any. When we got to the home, there was a sign to help yourself to the beach towels but, no beach towels were there. After the management company said this was provided by the owner and not them, we had to make another trip to the store.

55th anniversary

This was the first time we booked online. Everything went well and the place was better than the pictures, very clean and beautiful. It was a great trip for our 55th wedding anniversary.
