Welcome to Island Girl! Immaculately clean! 4 bedroom single family home just steps from the beach. This spectacular home has TWO master bedrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - both with a king bed, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a bunk room with four XL twin beds. Sleeps 12 comfortably.

The pool is private and can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Fenced backyard. with covered patio and table for outside dining. Gas grill is available in backyard.

We provide lots of fluffy towels in each bathroom and all bed linens.

Beach Chair and umbrella service included in rental (15 Mar to 15 Oct)! There are four additional beach chairs at the property you can bring to the beach. We provide you a wagon to help carry the load to the sand. We also provide all your beach towels.

Private parking for up to six cars and a PRIVATE pool with a sun shelf. Cable and fastest secure internet package offered in our area provided. TVs in master bedrooms and living area.

Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need - pots, pans, dishes, utensils (except spices). Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and a teapot to get your morning off to a great start before a day at the beach. We provide a few coffee pods or filters (drip coffee maker) to get you started on your first day.

Several restaurants are within walking distance. We are 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Uber and Lyft are available in Panama City Beach.

Walmart and Publix's supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive from your vacation paradise AND they DELIVER to your door.

TWO separate AC units keep you cool on each level.

Full size washer and dryer on property. Ironing board provided.

We rented this house for the month of January 2026. The house is beautiful and has everything you need beach towels, pool and ocean toys.The ocean is only a 2 minute very easy walk away. My 87 year old mother had no issues walking there.The hosts are very quick to answer any questions and are very nice to work with. This was our first time renting a house with private pool instead of a condo right on the beach. We loved having the pool right in the backyard no having to haul everything up and down the elevator.This was our best vacation ever and are already making plans to return.

My extended family and I decided to spend the Thanksgiving Holiday together by the beach. This beautiful home was amazing. They provided practically everything you would need from the kitchen to the bedrooms and the pool. The pool was well heated and we all enjoyed the warm water during the chilli days! I highly suggest this home and would consider it again during our next visit during the summer!

Lovely beach home

The owner has done a fantastic job with this new home and we had a wonderful stay. It’s an easy 2 minute walk to the beach and we also enjoyed the private pool as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Spot

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 young kids and this place was perfect. Tucked from some of the noisier spots in town but close to attractions and, best of all, entrance to the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Jessica was a very responsive and communicative host. We’d come back again!

Amazing home away from home

This house was amazing and perfect. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for our 5 kids. The walk to the beach was very short. This was the perfect vacation house for our family getaway!

I'm a retire sailor who can't get away from the sea for too long. I use my vacation properties as my excuse to go the beach EVERY DAY. When on active duty, we were stationed in PCB from 2008-2011 and loved every minute of it. Our kids were at the perfect age to go swimming, scalloping and sailing right off out our back porch. And you can't beat the wonderful weather year round. This is our happy place after 28 years of active duty.

We loved the layout of the home and the private back yard. Having a master bedroom on the ground floor makes this house a great place with stay with extended family who cannot do steps easily.
