Host could have been kinder, especially since they left incomplete directions ie not specifying the correct button to lock the door. Instead claiming the ‘code’ to open would lock it, it didn’t. The welcome book says there is a physical key to lock the door, there wasn’t!

The host was very attentive pre trip. However when I reported COCKROACHES and mold in the condo (evidenced by a musty smell and the triggering of an allergic reaction), the host did not respond. I had to leave the condo and check into a hotel. I paid for a night that I did not use. I do not recommend this condo.

Hello. As my message stated, I’m very sorry for your experience at our condo. I was unable to respond immediately due to family matters. We have the condo treated for pests quarterly and just had it serviced at the end of October. We have never had any reports of a musty smell and I can confirm the condo does NOT have mold. As also stated in my message, I wish you would have reached out sooner as you had been at the condo for several days by the time any issues arose. Again, I’m very sorry for your experience.
