Perched in Pinehurst is a fantastic condo for visiting the area. The location is spot on, directly across from the main golf resort where there is access to bars and restaurants and the famous putting green. It is a 5 minute walk. Also you can walk to the village in about 15 mins. The condo is well stocked, clean, great TV and very comfy bed. This is now our 4th visit and wouldn’t hesitate in returning.

This condo was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway! While we didn’t golf ourselves, we enjoyed watching the golfers on the deck in the mornings. The host was responsive as well.

Fully equiped condo. Kitchen was prefect to cook in. There was even necessities in the restroom since i left mine at home by accident. Always clean! Have stayed here several times and will definitely stay again. Charlotte communicated any issues and was very helpful.

This condo was perfect for my needs. It is in a great location and is very clean. I mean the place was spotless. I do agree with a review by an earlier renter that some of the electrical outlets need replacing - the kitchen outlet dedicated for the toaster would not keep the toaster lit. The outlet nearest the nightstand in the bedroom could not retain a phone charger. Simple fixes.

A nice clean condo worth the price advertised. Owner was very accommodating with checking in and checking out. Condo was fully furnished. Our only issue was hot water for a shower. I research the water heater and it needs replaced desperately. Secondly the secondly the electrical outlets need replacing. Plugs to charge phone or other items fall out. And there’s not enough in the house to accommodate. Like I mentioned very clean, but condo needs to update a modern feel. It has the look of the 60s and 70s.

I am a North Carolina native. I grew up in Winston-Salem, and after leaving home I was lucky enough to live in the mountains and by the coast, at different points in my life. If you haven't already guessed, I love my home state and all of the wonderful adventures one can find here. My latest obsession is Pinehurst, NC. When I am not teaching, Moore County is where I want to be!

Why they chose this property

Like most people, I hope to retire one day, but need to bring in extra income so I can travel, just like you. Once this investment property idea hatched, I thought I would be looking at listings for at least a year, because I am very discriminating. To my surprise, my realtor and I had only one appointment. As soon as I saw this property, I was instantly sold. I found exactly what I was looking for and the rest is history. Perched in Pinehurst is cozy and convenient to the resort. It is located on Course Number Five and across the street from the Harness Track. No matter why you have come to town, this condo is conveniently located and very easy to find. It is tastefully appointed, clean and has all of the comforts of home.

What makes this property unique

My dear friend, John, is a wonderful property manager and has offered to help me in this new venture, He is the reason I fell in love with the Pinehurst area and he is willing to share his personal knowledge of Moore County with guests. He is a member of the club and can share insights about all of the Pinehurst courses or recommend great places to shop and dine. Our goal is to ensure you enjoy your stay in the Sandhills, so you will want to flock back again and again.
