Very nice cottage in La Réorthe for 5 people - Maison Pitchounette
Located in La Réorthe, 40 minutes from Puy du Fou in an old farmhouse, 40 minutes from the seaside, and 30 minutes from the Poitevin marsh.
The Pitchounette house completely redone in 2019 and tastefully decorated includes
On the ground floor :
- Living room open to fitted kitchen
- Bathroom with bath and wc included
- a terrace with garden furniture
Upstairs
- Two bedrooms, one with 2 beds of 90 and the second with 3 beds of 90
Possible option:
- Sheet kit rental: € 8 per kit (1 fitted sheet, one duvet cover and one pillowcase per bed)
- Baby cot and free bath loan
- Cleaning fee: € 50
To book before your arrival
A check of 1000 € will be requested on the day of your arrival as a security deposit intended to cover damage and / or deterioration of the accommodation and furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the Lessee, as well as loss of keys or of objects. As well as a € 50 check for cleaning if the lessee leaves the premises dirty.
The security deposit as well as the "cleaning" check will be returned to the Lessee after his departure.
An inventory and an inventory will be established by the Parties at the end of the rental, each keeping a signed copy.
ANCV checks are accepted
Animals are not allowed.
Possible to rent the semi-detached Pitchoune House for 8 people.
