The charm of a beautiful building and the proximity to the sea are the assets of this family accommodation. On the edge of the golf course, located 300m from the sea a few minutes from Cabourg, this former presbytery will be the ideal place for your stays with family or friends.
The house includes a fully enclosed 800m2 garden, and can accommodate 10 vacationers. You will find on the ground floor a well equipped fitted kitchen, a living room, lounge and a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs, 1 bathroom, 4 bedrooms, 1 with shower room.
Bicycles will be at your entire disposal under the garage.

Maison très accueillante où il fait bon vivre

La maison est décorée avec goût et très conviviale La plage est proche de la maison Les nombreux vélos ns ont permis de faire de belles balades en famille Les enfants ont bcp apprécié le jardin pr jouer, et les adultes la superbe terrasse, bien équipée.

Perfect!

Very nice house, 5 minutes from the beach. Stylish, cosy furniture, high ceilings, big bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen (nespresso machine, mixer, 2 fridges etc), comfortable garden furniture. Well equipped for small children, folding cot available, there even was a stair gate, mini chairs as well as a high chair! Very good bakery across the street, as well as a small grocery store, supermarkets in short car distance. Long nice sand beach, not very crowded even during main season! Great host, who gave us a warm welcome, very reliable when contacted. We hope we can come back some time! Thank you a lot, Christelle!

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille. L’hôte se rend facilement disponible. La maison est spacieuse, avec un jardin, une terrasse et un barbecue. La plage, très proche offre un maximum de confort. La maison est idéalement située. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Belle maison adaptée à un weekend en famille

Très belle maison rénovée avec goût et très pratique pour séjourner entre amis et en famille. La maison est située à 10 minutes de Cabourg avec les nombreux vélos mis à disposition par Christelle. Elle est également toute proche de la plage. Un bon moment passé ici, tout a été facilité par les conseils de Christelle.

Charmante maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle

Porche de la plage, cette charmante maison joliment décoré est parfaite pour un séjour entre amis. Les chambre sont spacieuses, grand jardin et très bien équipée. Proximité de la route à noter. Communication parfaite avec la propriétaire.

Maison et jardin agréables malgré la proximité de la route principale.

Séjour Varaville

Très bon emplacement, très belle plage à 300m. La maison a du charme. Très bonne literie. La route à proximité est un peu bruyante la journée. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Gite très agréable et bien situé

Gite situé à 5mn à pied du bord de mer. Les espaces intérieurs sont très clairs et décorés avec gout. Le gite est par ailleurs particulièrement bien équipés. Merci à Christelle et Francois pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Nous recommandons fortement!!!

Très bien

Maison impeccable et spacieuse, très bien équipée. En plus les vélos sont en bon état et complétement utilisable c'est loin d'être toujours le cas. Propriétaire très sympathique. Je confirme qu'il y a bien del'internet.

Excellent emplacement proche de Cabourg et assez loin de la cohue de Deauville. Avons particulièrement apprécié les vélos mis à disposition pour aller découvrir la batterie de Merville, Pegasus bridge, la réserve ornithologique, la digue de Cabourg en famille: génial! Mais attention point de WIFI, et couverture BT passable. A bon entendeur...

Séjour très appréciable

Maison de famille très bien équipée qui permet de profiter des vacances sans souci! Plage à proximité et jardin agréable. La route n’est pas loin mais jardin bien sécurisé pour les enfants! Merci Christelle, nous reviendrons!
