Your private oasis is located just a short 8-15 minute drive to Treasure Island and St Pete beaches, World Famous Johns Pass in Madeira Beach, and downtown St Pete......Within a mile you have numerous shopping and dining options in the Tyrone Mall area and Tampa is only 20 minutes away!Space was renovated last year and equipped with refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker so you can sip your morning coffee on the private patio. The bedroom has a new queen size boxspring and mattress with a very comfortable memory foam topper. The private bathroom has a good sized shower and adjacent is a large walk in closet that is stocked with spare linens, closthes hangars and a fold down ironing board and iron. When its time to relax and wind down, the flat screen TV is programmed with 50 Local digital stations, Sling TV and Amazon prime video for your viewing pleasure.

Perfect for the weekend

This location was close to everything. Literally a 15 minute drive 30 with traffic. The host was extremely responsive. The room is very nostalgic we loved it. Owner very laid back. Highly recommend.

I would definitely stay again. My only recommendations would be to get a couple more pillows for the bed. And get an AC unit for the window. Other than that. Great. Felt very safe !

Great Stay.

This place was exactly as described. It is a single room with a bathroom attached. There is a table with 2 chairs to sit at and a lounge chair next to the bed. There is a small microwave, fridge and coffee maker. It is located about 8 miles from the beach, close to lots of restaurants and things to do. There is a private entrance and we only saw the owner once but he made it clear he was available if needed. Ladies…note there is no hair dryer. It is my fault for not checking the amenities in the listing but my wife hadn’t brought one so be sure you plan ahead.
