Lovely home in an unbeatable location. The views from the rooftop patio are just incredible - ocean, Queen Mary, downtown LB, Naples.The two master bedrooms on separate floors with expansive mirrored closets and fully tiled showers in the bathrooms are like having separate hotel suites. There are a lot of stairs but you get used to it. The bay and ocean are steps away in either direction and there’s a small market located right across the street.We loved it!

Winter Weekend Getaway

The townhouse was located on the peninsula with views of both the bay and ocean, sunrise and sunset. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and conveniently access the nearby bikepath along the ocean. We enjoyed our active and relaxing time away!

Great location!

This place was pretty cool. There are a lot of stairs and you’ll find yourself constantly climbing them. Unfortunately, this did a “number” on my knees, but that’s a “me” problem. Everyone else seemed to do great with them. It’s decorated nicely, comfortable and super clean. The rooftop is amazing! The views are lovely. Very short walk to the beach. We were happy!

Long Beach and coast visit

Great location. Able to go on runs/walks on the beach and a short drive to Huntington and Balboa for surf and day trips. Food and night life good close by. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s also very close. Was a great location and will be back.

The house is so clean and well appointed! We lived the artwork throughout the house. The rooftop deck was incredible. Our bed was so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Location was great and the remodel of the place was well done. However, I’d recommend getting the welcome tour from the host, the layout was extremely confusing and took some getting used to. I would not recommend if you have small children or small dogs. We rented a unit with multiple bedrooms so we could have a place for our kids to sleep but the 2nd bedroom being on a different floor that had access to stairwell with doors that could not be locked meant the kids shared our room. Picture don’t match the layout so I assume they are from the adjoining unit because the styles match. Overall it worked out fine and I would stay here again on a couples trip.

Perfect Location

Property is very spacious and comfortable. 1 block away from the Marina and 1 block away from the beach. We brought our dog and this location was 1 mile away from Rosie’s Dog Beach. That was a HUGE bonus for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic!

Everything was great! The beach is 1block in either direction. Very convenient liquor store across the street which was fantastic to be able to just grab a quick snack. I love this place!

Fantastic stay! 10 Stars!

Had an amazing stay! Best vacation rental we have experienced. The place was perfect for us. Amazing location with ocean views on one side, and marina views on the other from the rooftop patio. The place is fully set up with everything you could possibly need and more. The host was amazingly helpful, meeting us there for an initial tour, and he was super responsive the entire time. I would give the place and experience 10 stars if it let me!

Fourth of July

We rented this property last minute to escape the heat. Great property. Great location. Good amenities at the house. We rented a minivan instead of driving our big SUV and we’re glad we did. Parking is tight!
