ça se dégrade !!!

LES PLUS : Appartement très bien placé pour le ski, principaux commerces proches, balcon avec une très belle vue et ensoleillé. LES MOINS : immeuble très mal insonorisé, appartement non entretenu qui se dégrade, propreté à revoir.
