Villa Ulika Pool, Garden, BBQ, perfect for family

The house is located in a rural and quiet village near the historic city of Pula, and touristic town Fažana. The outdoor is fantastic with olive trees and offers a lot of space for all kind of activities. There is a big pool with deck chairs and sunshaders, a playground for children with a trampoline and swings. There is also a toilet to access from outside, as a sun-heated shower. The BBQ area is situated near the pool and the playground, and it is in shade under a pergola. There is a parking lot that offers place for up to six cars.
There are two floors.
The upper floor is bigger and it offers a kitchen with a dining room suitable for 6 persons, a large living room, a bathroom, two bigger rooms and a smaller one, and an extra toilet.
The down floor offers a kitchen with dining room for 10 people and access to the back terrace with a big table and benches and a gas barbecue.
There is one washing machine on the upper floor and a dishwasher for each floor. Both floors are equipped with air condition, Satellite TV and free WIFI.
We can provide a little bed for babies.
The view from the upper balcony is awesome, where you can see the National Park of Brijuni, a beautiful archipelago that you can reach with a boat from Fažana, only 5 minutes from the house, by car.

Great stay with super friendly hosts

It was a pleasure to stay at this house with pool. The descriptions ist totally correct, and in the house you‘ll find anything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, only a few times a day, you can hear the dogs near the house. A grocery is round about three Kilometers away, and you can find there anything you need. A bakery and a small grocery is about a five ministry walk away.

Lovely villa in a beautiful part of Croatia.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. It is beautifully presented with a good size swimming pool - we are a family of nine and found it fine. The outdoor BBQ under the shady Kiwi trees was perfect for eating every night. The owners are only to happy to help with any issues you may have and were flexible with our arrival time since our plane was very early morning. Galizana is a small village but has local shops and we visited the bakery every day. The people in the village are friendly. Pula is just a short trip away(about 10 mins) for the sightseeing. We found the beach area near Roninj, Punta Corrente, a great place to snorkle and relax with older children. It has lots of shady areas in the woods as well as a narrow beach. We were all too sad to leave at the end of the week.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.Die Beschreibung des Besitzers hat genau gepasst.Alles sehr sauber und der Pool war der absolute Höhepunkt. Wir waren mit 10 Personen 3 Wochen im Haus.Danke nochmal an Robi und seine Mutter.

Wir waren mit drei Familien dort und es war wirklich super. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar. Kleiner Minuspunkt, leider ist die Terrasse nicht überdacht und wir hatten zwei Tage Regen, da konnte man sich nicht wirklich draußen aufhalten. Ansonsten alles TOP! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Ein typisches kroatisches Dorf und nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand. Das Haus war super sauber, Robi und seine Mutter haben all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Super unkompliziert & perfekte Nähe zu Pula

Es war eine tolle Woche die wir in diesem Ferienhaus bzw. Villa verbracht haben! Die Kommunikation mit Robi und seine Mutter war unkompliziert und ohne Probleme. Sie waren sehr vorkommend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles super sauber und die obere Etage war komplett neu renoviert. Die zwei Küchen auf den beiden Etagen sind gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es in dieser Woche an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren als Gruppe von 9 Freunden (20 - 26 Jahre) unterwegs und hierfür ist es super geeignet. Tolle Aufteilung der Zimmer, Terrasse mit großem Tisch, ein riesen Garten, keine Nachbarn, super Anbindung nach Pula für Ausflüge (10min in der Stadt) und im Ort Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Für Familien mit Kinder wäre es sicher auch super! Im großen Garten ist ein Trampolin und eine Schaukel. Alles umzäunt. Das einzige was in unserer Gruppe angesprochen wurde, waren die bellenden Hunde des nahe liegenden Bauernhofs. Ich selbst empfand es als nicht sehr störend, einzelne der Gruppe wiederum schon. Dafür können aber die Vermieter nichts! Außerdem haben wir die Vermutung, dass es sich um eine Art „Hundeauffangstation“ handelt. Es waren mehrere Hunde, die gebellt haben. Aber das konnte unsere tolle Woche nicht trüben! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!!

Fijn huis voor meerdere families samen

Vriendelijke eigenaar, helpt goed en reageert snel. Schoon zwembad. Alles is in huisje aanwezig. Huis is mooi om met meerdere families samen te gaan. Overdekte veranda is een fijne plek om te zitten.

Das Haus und der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Es war alles sehr sauber.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen.Für Fragen stand Robi immer zur Verfügung.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz.Auf dem Hof hat unser Hund viel Platz gefunden.Die Gegend bietet sich gut zum Rad fahren an.Die Strände sind in wenigen Minuten gut mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad zu erreichen .Im ganzen bewerten wir die Unterkunft sehr gut.👍Dennoch haben uns abends die Mücken geärgert 😅und das Hundegebell war oft nervig.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir bemühen uns, es unseren Gästen bequem zu machen. Für nächstes Jahr bekommen wir neue Fenster mit besseren Mückennestern, aber auch damit wird es immer Mücken geben. Nachdem wir lange gearbeitet und mit unseren Nachbarn gesprochen haben, haben wir das Hundegebell auf ein Minimum reduziert. Leider gibt es in jedem Dorf Häuser mit Gärten, und fast jeder hat einen Hund, und es kommt vor, dass sie sich aufregen und alle zusammen anfangen zu bellen. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt, und Sie hätten mir sagen sollen, dass Sie ein paar Handtücher mitgenommen haben, damit wir neue für die nächsten Gäste besorgen können. For next year we are getting new windows with better mosquito nests, but even with that there will always be mosquitos. After working and talking for a long time to our neighbours we have got the dog barking to a minimum. Unfortunately, in every village there are houses with gardens, and almost everyone has a dog, and it happens that they get upset and start barking all together. Very nice stay with beautiful house and pool

We had a very nice stay for about two weeks there. Everything outside the house is perfect. The pool is very big and everywhere the same deepness (about 1,4m). There are 10 sun loungers and two parasols. Also was the terrace big enough for everyone and with two chairs from insight everybody could take place on the table outside. We were very to little inside but there is also everything fine except two things: 1. No fly screens against mosquitoes because of the shutters. 2. Resulting in warmer rooms in the night because you couldn't open the windows if you didn't want to get stung all night And one disadvantage for people who don't like noises - there are dogs on the neighborhood which just constantly bark. But this was for us no real deal breaker more like a running gag. The landlord is very nice and helpful and will come about every 2/3 days to check the pool and the plants in the garden. All in all a very nice vacation especially for 10 friends who like to have a house together.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind super gepflegt. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge und Meerbesuche. Etwas störend war das Hundegebell der vielen Hunde rundherum. Im Ganzen ein toller Aufenthalt und sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Kroatien

Wir waren zwei Familien mit unseren Kindern. Angereist sind wir mit eigenen Autos. Das Haus hat uns auf Anhieb sehr gut gefallen. Keine Nachbarn in der Nähe, nur ein Bauernhof, das aber weit gelegen ist. Das Haus selbst ist sauber, die Aussenterrasse ist gemütlich und mit einem Kamin-Gasgrill ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß, einfach traumhaft. Hier ist nichts zu viel versprochen. Eine saubere und moderne Toilette ( in ausreichender Entfernung) ist eine bequeme Ergänzung. Liegen und Schirme sind Hochwertig. Zum Meer zu fahren, wird natürlich ein Auto gebraucht. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Strände. Hier kann man sich sowohl für wilde oder typische Touristenstrände (mit gut ausgebauter Infrastruktur) entscheiden. Hier am besten Richtung Rovnja schielen. Parkplätze gibt es überall in mehr als ausreichender Menge. Abends gibt es genug Möglichkeiten in einem guten Restaurant zu essen. Aber auch hier muss man sich ins Auto setzen und in den Nachbarort fahren. Roby kann hier gute Tipps geben. Ach ja, der Gastgeber Roby ist sehr gesellig und freundlich. Kommt alle zwei Tage um den Pool zu warten. Beantwortete dabei sehr gerne unsere Fragen. Alles in einem hatten wir sehr schöne 10 Tage, die wir jetzt schon vermissen.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr zufrieden gestellt. Aufgrund der schönen ruhigen Lage, kann man eine Bäckerei, als auch einen Supermarkt schnell erreichen. Die Besitzer heissen einen herzlich Willkommen, sind immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist groß und zur Abkühlung dient er großartig. Räumlichkeiten etc. werden vor Ankunft wunderbar gesäubert. Die Einrichtungen sind super ausgestattet. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

Tolles Haus zum entspannen für 2 Familien

Wie waren zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Kroatien. Es war für alle genug Platz, wir haben gemeinsam gekocht, gegrillt und gegessen. Wir haben den Pool sehr ausgiebig genutzt, aber auch den Garten zum Fußballspielen oder das Trampolin und die Schaukeln. Die Vermieter waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und auch regelmäßig vor Ort und haben alles getan, damit wir eine tolle Zeit hatten. Vielen Dank für den entspannten Urlaub

Why they chose this property

The property is ideal for families with children. Nice and safe pool and playground, bbq area under pergula. In the village you can find almost everything. There is a bakery, two mini markets, bars, flower shop, hair, nail and beauty salon. The nearest beach and great restaurants with fresh sea food are at 5km away, in Fazana. In Vodnjan, 2km away, you can taste some of the best extra-virgin olive oils in the world. There are also good family wineries with great local wines and brandy. Biking roads are all around the area, a fitness center is 800m away and horse riding is less than 1km away from the house. We can arrange you a great day with quad/kayak/jetski safari rides.
