Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern, die sofort handeln, falls es Probleme gibt. Die Küchen sind ausreichend eingerichtet, der Außenbereich ist top und die Lage sehr ruhig. Uns waren die Betten persönlich nicht gemütlich genug, da die Matratzen zu hart waren, aber da ist ja jeder anders.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass nur die beiden Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage haben und die Schlafräume keine. Sonst war alles tiptop. Gerne kommen wir nochmal wieder.

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen, einem Kind und unserem Hund zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Vodnjan verbracht. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert von der Sauberkeit – Haus, Pool und die gesamte Anlage waren absolut gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist modern, hochwertig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Outdoor-Küche mit Grill, Fernseher und Tischtennisplatte – perfekt für gemeinsame Abende.Der Pool war groß, sehr sauber und ideal für heiße Tage. Auch unser Kind hatte hier jede Menge Spaß. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach wunderbare Menschen – wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen, und dennoch erreicht man in kurzer Zeit Städte wie Pula, Rovinj oder Poreč. So hatten wir die perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.Ein kleiner Hinweis: In der Umgebung gibt es viele Mücken sowie Wespen/Bienen, wofür die Gastgeber natürlich nichts können. Außerdem war die Internetverbindung gelegentlich kurz unterbrochen, was uns aber kaum gestört hat.Alles in allem ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus mit toller Ausstattung und großartigen Gastgebern. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum! Perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen mit Kindern. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen! Im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienhäusern war die Küche wirklich erstaunlich gut ausgestattet. Das haben wir schon ganz anders erlebt. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Čudovito!

Preživeli smo čudovit teden, še vreme nam je služilo. Hiša je čudovita. Dejansko stanje ustreza fotografijam. Novost je, da je zunanja miza sedaj pokrita z nadstreškom, poleg je hladilnik in TV. Super!!!Lastniki so maximalno odzivni in prijazni. Ob prihodu nas je čakala hladna pijača in pecivo. Ogrevan bazen je velika dodana vrednost.Vse dobro Franku in Sandri, se vidimo še kdaj!

Gerne wieder!

Ein super Ferienhaus, mit allem was man braucht, in einer eigentlich ruhigen Umgebung, außer der Nachbarshund der Nachts ständig bellt, aber dafür können ja die Vermieter nix. Der Pool ist schön groß, sauber und herrlich wenn er beheizt ist. Wir kommen in ein paar Jahren auf alle Fälle wieder!

Great time in a beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful time in this villa. The division into 2 apartments was ideal for 6 adults and 4 children, as was the outdoor area with its spacious dining area where everyone could be seated, as well as the Pool area. Everything is there for a carefree vacation. Also a big thank you to the hostess Sandra, she was always available and Franko was quick to help with any problems or questions! There are only a few kilometers to 2 larger supermarkets and the sea is not far either, but a car is absolutely necessary. All in all, a great time that we really enjoyed!

Entspannte Tage

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für entspannte Urlaubstage braucht. Es liegt sehr ruhig und man ist aufs Auto angewiesen, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Städte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strand/Meer sind auch nur kurze Autofahrten entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für zsei Familien. Die Küche hat genügend Equipment zum Kochen, inklusive Geschirrspülmittel und Geschirrtücher. Der Ausenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Hinter dem Haus ist ein riesiger Garten, wo sich Kinder austoben können. Wir hatten den Pool beheizt, sodass die Kinder kaum raus gehen wollten. Einzig ein zweiter kleiner Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre noch schön gewesen, der große Schirm, der dort steht ist zu groß um ihn mit der Sonne mitzubewegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und für Fragen oder Probleme jederzeit zu erreichen. Ceck in und Check out war sehr herzlich, es wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr mordern und gepflegt ! Die Aufteilung mit den zwei Wohnungen war für unsere große Familie perfekt! Auch die Hunde hatten genügend Auslauf und der angrenzende Wald ist super für Spaziergänge. Pool und Gartenanlage, sowie Außenküche auch super praktisch und im guten Zustand

Tolles Ferienhaus mit 2 getrennten, voll ausgestatteten Wohneinheiten, beheiztem Pool und Outdoorküche. Der vorhandene Kinderspielplatz ist ideal für Kinder. Das eingezäunte Grundstück mit Hundedusche macht dieses Ferienhaus auch für Fellnasen ideal. Besonders hat uns die Herzlich- und Freundlichkeit der Vermieter gefallen.

Top Location, super Gastgeber

Wir waren 1 Woche vor Ort. Sandra und Franco sind super Gastgeber, sehr sympathisch und immer hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen zu tollen Ausflugszielen (Strände o.Ä.) gab es sofort Tipps. Nächster Ort Vodnjan ist ca. 3 min mit Auto entfernt. Nächster Supermarkt (Konzum, Plodine) nur 5 min entfernt. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub

Franco und Sandra waren super nette Gastgeber. Wir ließen den Pool beheizen, was eine super Entscheidung war. Es war in der Unterkunft alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Spielplatz und der Garten sind das reinste Paradies für Kinder! Was wir vorher bereits wussten, und dadurch kein Problem war: die Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas abgelegen, weswegen wir häufig mit Fahrrad oder Auto unterwegs waren.

Great house for a family holiday and lovely hosts

We had a wonderful two week holiday at this superb house in the Istrian countryside. It is ideal for a large family group and has all the facilities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. It was spotlessly clean and modern. There is a lovely swimming pool if you want to spend the day relaxing at the house and a large patio area with barbecue to eat by in the evening. But it is also a great base to explore the region. The pretty fishing village of Fazana with its many restaurants is only ten minutes away by car. Porec, Rivinj and Pula are all within easy reach. Hosts Sandra and Franko are so friendly, easy to contact and will look after any small issues that may arise during your stay. Go and stay at their fabulous house. You won’t regret it.
