We rent this autonomous apartment of 60 m2 located in a large house which is located on the heights of the lake of Serre-Ponçon, with from the two terraces of 13m2 and 9m2 an exceptional view and incredible sunsets, all different every evening. <br>The two terraces have a different orientation, when one is in the sun, the other is in the shade. Breakfast guaranteed in the sun on one, lunch in the sun on one, or in the shade on the other, as you wish!!<br>Both have stunning views of the lake.<br>The apartment is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance via an external staircase. It is composed of a large living room from which you can access the two terraces. The living room is open to a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms; A bedroom with a 140 cm bed that opens onto one of the two terraces, a second bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm cm. A bathroom with shower. Plenty of storage space.<br>We offer a nice selection of novels for all tastes, as well as a large amount of board games for the whole family.... Ask us for the list if you want.<br>We installed the TV and wifi, but the view alone is worth all the films in the world!<br>Our house is located in a very quiet housing estate. The street below is only used by the people who live there, so to speak, very rare. A guaranteed calm on the terraces that goes hand in hand with the view. <br>No problems with street parking.<br><br>This apartment is rented for a minimum of 7 days in high season from Saturday to Saturday... with more flexibility during the low season.<br>This apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.<br>Sheets and household linen can be provided, with beds made on arrival, on request at least fifteen days before arrival, for 20€/pers<br>A flat rate of 50€ will be requested for cleaning at the end of the stay.<br>Other services possible such as babysitting, washing machine or groceries/taxi if necessary to be discussed on arrival.<br><br>There are many departures from the house and magnificent hikes to do all around. In July, the mountain is full of flowers, each one more magnificent than the last. Watch for marmots and chamois during your walks!<br>Maximum sunshine all year round.<br><br>A wide variety of activities such as water sports on the lake (catamaran, kitesurfing, windsurfing, water skiing, buoys, pedal boats, stand up paddle, numerous beaches, boat rental), river sports on the Durance and Ubaye rivers (canyoning, rafting, etc.), paragliding, mountain biking, horseback riding, tree climbing, trampoline and mini golf, all within a radius of 15 kms.<br>Between Gap and Embrun, 15 minutes from all shops including Grand Intermarché and Grand Super U), our village is also located halfway between two ski resorts (half an hour's drive to get there.... Les Orres, and Réallon (smaller family resort but very pleasant!)<br><br>If you dream of a quiet holiday with an incredible variety of activities in a dream setting, this accommodation is for you!! It is waiting for you...<br><br>Sheets and household linen can be provided on request made at least 15 days in advance. As we are not always on site, you will most often be welcomed by our neighbour Frédérique who also provides cleaning if you don't want to bother with it. She will welcome you between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. with pleasure and professionalism.
