Welcome to our méditerranéen looking villa located au 4 mn walking from thé beach. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, our house Was renewed this year 2020 ans is fully equipped with all détails so as To let you feel confortable in a great design atmosphere. Our garden is called « thé Forest «  by thé kids as we have 4000sqm of tree gardens. We havé à shared fitness Room ( shared with our house). Air conditioned in thé living room and thé room. A swimming pool of 6 sqm is located on thé terrasse. We will be pleased to cook for you Typical mexicano mediterranean breakfast on demand and as a plus charge. An amazing week's retreat for me and my wife

Absolute bliss. Top class accomodation, peaceful, quiet, private. Great communication with host and the lady looking after the house. The area is lovely, good beaches and great restaurants.

We had the pleasure of staying at Dominique’s property for our family vacation. The home is charming, secure, and the views are spectacular. Our children loved taking a dip in the pool while my husband and I enjoyed apero watching the sunset. Great walkability down to the beach, boulangerie and small grocery store. Dominique communicated very well and shared great tips of the area. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay at the La Marina

We enjoyed everything a lot while spending 2 weeks at the la marina. Especially the small pool and the location of the house were excellent. It offers a lot of privacy and in case of questions the owner and owners staff are very friendly and fast in dealing with everything needed. Very much hope to be back someday! Wir waren schon mal in Le Pradet, doch es war unser erster Aufenthalt in dieser Villa – und er hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Unterkunft ist äusserst gemütlich und bietet ein hohes Mass an Privatsphäre, sodass man vollkommen entspannen und die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Besonders angenehm war die Klimaanlage, die an heissen Tagen für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgte. Die Villa ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Auch die Kommunikation mit Françoise verlief reibungslos – sie war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Zeer mooi vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien, naast het huis van François en Veronique op een afgescheiden stuk met een eigen toegangspoort. Je bent op 5 minuten van de zee via een wandelpad wat nagenoeg rechtstreeks toegang geeft tot een strand nabij een natuurgebied met prachtige kusten. De bakker en een klein buurtwinkeltje is ook op loopafstand. François en Veronique zijn warmhartig en hebben ons goedgeholpen.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub genossen in dem kleinen, aber sehr schönen Haus von François und Veronique.Wir waren die ersten Gäste der Saison, nicht alles war perfekt, ein paar Kleinigkeiten hätten besser in Schuss sein können (Sonnenschirm, Außendusche..). Das machte aber alles nichts. Sobald wir etwas benötigt haben, wurde es sofort erledigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß mit dem Spielzeug und dem kleinen erfrischenden Pool.Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Tipp: morgens zum Bäcker (Le fournil d‘EMY ) gehen und dabei den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Segelboote, Fähren von / nach Toulon, ganz toll. Pinienduft überall. Sehr sehr schön. Irgendwann werden wir wiederkommen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus übt den Dächern von La Garonne/Le Pradet

Es war alles, wie im’Inserat versprochen. Ein wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht. Kurzer, wenn auch steiler Weg zu Bäcker, Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants. Der Ort hat uns besonders gut gefallen, weil weniger touristisch als die Côte d’Azur. Es gibt auch einen sehr schönen Küstenwanderweg sowie einen Radwanderweg. Tolle Inspiration für den nächsten Besuch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La maison blanche

Le logement est d'une propreté impeccable et correspond parfaitement aux photos. Aucun problème de communication avec les propriétaires et Christine, qui se montre très réactive, disponible et d'une grande gentillesse. Ein wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil ☀️💕

Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Es ist genügend Platz für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich gefallen. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Terrassen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist Urlaub pur ! Das gesamte Objekt inkl. Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - lediglich ein Geschirrspüler fehlt, das stört aber nicht. Die vorhandenen Klimaanlagen waren sehr hilfreich. Wir würden dieses Objekt definitiv weiter empfehlen. Die Gastgeber Veronique und Francois sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man erreicht den Strand und einen Bäcker oder Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten.

Super decouverte

La maison d’hôte de Véronique et François est hyper fonctionnelle, nichée dans écrin de verdure avec piscine privée et entrée privative pour une intimité parfaite. Tout y est réuni… la propreté, la décoration avec goût, et l’emplacement. Véronique m’avait donné pleins de conseils en amont pour des sorties adaptées à l’âge de nos enfants et c’était parfait. De supers vacances avec le seul inconvénient qu’elles soient trop courtes. Nous reviendrons dès que possible.

Urlaub zum Entspannen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und wirklich entspannten Urlaub. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wilkommen gefühlt und konnten die Zeit mit unseren kleinen Kindern in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Für unsere Kinder gab es noch extra Spielsachen die vorallem unsere Große begeistert haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet dass wir fast jeden Tag vor Ort kochen konnten. Es war rund um ein gelungener und wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un séjour exceptionnel!

Quelle magnifique villa, nous aurions voulu que le temps s’arrête tellement nous avons apprécié nos vacances. Tout est impeccable et fidèle à la description. Une belle attention nous attendait à notre arrivée, Véronique ,notre hôte,s’assure que tout est à notre satisfaction. La piscine est agréable avec les journées ensoleillées que nous avons, de belles zones d’ombre sur les deux terrasses selon le moment de la journée. Nous y reviendrons assurément!

Agréable séjour au Pradet

La maison se trouve dans un très joli cadre, tout près de la mer que l'on aperçoit du salon et de la piscine, les lits sont très confortables et la climatisation un grand plus. Le coin est calme et propre. Véronique et Christine ont été disponibles et réactives pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter.

Côte d'Azur / Le Pradet 2023

Lage Top. Ideal für Wanderungen im Hinterland oder entlang der Küste. Objekt in sehr gutem zustand. Alles sehr clean und gepflegt. Kontakt zu Besitzer und Kontaktperson vor Ort war auch sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen - jederzeit gerne wieder.
