We've just bought this house, a real "coup de coeur" for its location and its breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea.
With its ideal location and absolute peace and quiet, it offers on the second floor a large parental space that can also accommodate a baby in a separate room, a living room with terrace and a large dining room for numerous gatherings, next to a spacious fitted kitchen. The first floor comprises 3-4 bedrooms opening onto the terrace and veranda, sleeping up to 9, and 2 bathrooms.
The house is pleasantly shaded by pine trees and always benefits from a light sea breeze. The grounds surrounding the house offer plenty of places to relax, a large table under an arbour and a barbecue.
The house is close to the village square of Saint-Mandrier, with its shops and harbor, which can be reached by shuttle bus to Toulon in 20 minutes. The beach (supervised in summer) and beautiful walks along the coastal path are just a few minutes away.
