Clean and comfortable

My wife and I fit comfortably with our 4 small kids. Breakfast each morning was a big plus. Professional and attentive staff. Would stay at this property again.

Fast & easy check-in and good customer service. Great breakfast and available beverage throughout the day (ex. lemon water). The pool was kept at a comfortable temperature and mostly clean. They had a nice lounge area inside and outside. There were even fireworks on Friday night that we could see from the pool area. It’s in a quiet area with plenty of available food options (we recommend Hopdoddy Burger Bar, Dumont Creamery & Cafe, and Hideaway Pizza). The furniture was a little warn in, but over all clean with comfortable beds. The only thing we ran into was that we needed clean towels on day 2 so we called & even went to the front office…but no one was available. We could find NO ONE to get clean towels from, so we had to dry off with hand towels (the original towels were still wet from our morning shower). Overall good experience. We would stay here again (just make sure to request clean towels everyday when checking-in).

Bait and switch

We booked this online through VRBO/leave town and it said it was a condo With kitchenette and full access. It was really a Staybridge suites, low end hotel, that did have one pool present. We did not know it was at a “hotel “until we arrived at the property since we had only been given an address. The price we were charged was more than that of just going online to the hotel itself with no additional amenities or services offered by booking through leave town.For families all went together and arrived at the check-in time at 4 PM. Only one room was ready at 4 PM and the other three were not ready. We were putting in the correct room, but one of our friends was not. I booked the two bedroom suite because I had four children traveling with me and we needed all the beds. The pullout couch had food crumbs still in it and no sheets available in the room or in the closets for the pullout couch. Additionally, the frame was bent so that in the location it was placed you could not fully extend it Without hitting the TV stand across the room from it. I’m not sure that it would’ve even fit had the frame not to be broken.Lights in the room did not work. Overall, I would not stay here again.
