The home is in a great location, was super-clean, and comfortable for our group. The large living spaces are great for spending time with friends or family. The hosts were a delight to communicate with and were very responsive and helpful. One small tip - the bedrooms do not have fans, so you may want to bring or purchase one if that is essential to you. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return.

So comfortable - amazing

This place was great, we were in TX to view the eclipse with family, and this place was perfect. It was clean, very roomy and really well appointed. Things I have missed in other rentals were perfect here. The location was great, close to shopping, food etc. And great for walking with a lovely river walk was near by. The hosts were super responsive and very pro-active. Thank you so much!

Nicely remodeled family home

Our family needed a place to stay while our personal home (in Richardson) was being remodeled. The house was perfect for our large family (we have 5 small children). It was very clean, and newly remodeled. What we liked most was the short distance to the parks and walking trails along Chisolm Trail and creek. Almost every evening we would jog & ride our bikes down to the creek. It was very nice. We also liked the covered patio along side the kitchen - we were able to BBQ and eat outside quite often.

hall bath shower- water pressure was really poor A/C filters were terribly dirty & we called for new ones & we installed. Master bath - needs towel bars Backyard - not tidy, patio floor paint flaking off, fence needs repair. Lots of traffic noise at all hrsNeed extra chairs for guests- inside & outside. Garage was messy- paint supplies & large empty cardboard boxes ,therefore affected parking. Inside walls was in repair ie painting & plaster, etc No suitcase standHouse was clean, but not a warm & cozy feelWell stocked with supplies of except no tea or decaffeinated coffee as advertised, no dish ragComfortable living space, nice beds, plenty of towels. Great kitchen Overall we had a good time with family!
