In the heart of Provence, with its breathtaking natural beauty and picturesque villages, lies this charming and comfortable holiday home, renovated in 2019, set on a 1-hectare wooded lot. An exceptional, very peaceful setting with several lovely spots offering unobstructed views. Private 5x10-metre lagoon-style pool. The holiday home features an open-concept kitchen and living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate half-bath. Outside, there are several private terraces with patio furniture (table, chairs, lounge chairs, a grill, and a parasol)

INTERIOR
The living area is 45 m² and consists of an entryway, a kitchen with living room, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a separate toilet.
The apartment is suitable for two adults and a baby.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction cooktop, a large refrigerator and freezer, an oven, a Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher. The bedroom features an Auping double bed with two separate mattresses (210 x 180) and a closet for storing your belongings.

OUTDOORS
The outdoor area features several private spaces where you can enjoy the view. The 10 m x 5 m “Lagune” pool with a sun deck is entirely at your disposal. The property is situated on a one-hectare lot with its own forest, which is still waiting to be fully explored.

GOOD TO KNOW
The accommodation has a private entrance and a large parking space. We (Brigitte and Harry) live upstairs, but our living area faces the back of the property, while yours faces the valley with its stunning views. You can “follow” the sun all day long and enjoy the tranquility, the chirping of crickets, and the birdsong under the beautiful maple tree. Aside from the owners, there’s no one else on the property.

Six years ago, we decided to move to a new country. Last year, we were very fortunate to be able to purchase this property, which we are delighted to share with you. Harry is a tall Dutchman from Amsterdam, and Brigitte is a Dutch-French woman who is very proud to speak French fluently—without an accent! We share our lives with Bor, a 7-year-old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever who loves to go for walks, play, run, and fetch the ball—but he’s not allowed in your living space.
