COMFORT AND FUN are what you'll find as these exceptionally large one and two-bedroom suites provide the perfect setting for the perfect beach holiday. You'll be within walking distance of the Cherry Grove pier and conveniently near the grocery, cafes and shops of Cherry Grove's main street - Sea Mountain Highway.

RESORT FEATURES INCLUDE a sundeck and outdoor pool on the 4th level, and a common coin-op laundry facility. Free WIFI is available in the lounge and pool areas, as well as in most of the individual condos. Enjoy a beachfront winter this year. Several condos offer very attractive off-season monthly rates for extended stays November - March. Motorcycles and/or golf carts are not permitted.
NOTE: The Oceans is a NON-SMOKING resort - rooms, balconies and grounds.

The condo was clean (other than the utensils). The bed was comfortable as was the furniture. Parking is always wonderful. It’s our 3rd stay at the Oceans, but our 1st time in this condo. Price couldn’t be beat. We love watching the motorcycles. Walking distance to groceries, pizza, ice cream and several other restaurants. We hope to be back next year.

Perfect location, love large balcony

Overall we are happy with our stay. Our first impressions were off kilter when we found many many mosquitos on the balcony which attacked you as soon as you went outside. Fortunately in calling Thomas Beach vacations, they sent a maintenance man over with spray that he used and took care of the problem. He advised that it had been 3 days rain prior causing the infestation. Having carpet on balcony probably didn't help. Also, we were advised by text our place was ready at 1 pm which made us very happy although we didn't need it until around 3 pm. Shortly after our arrival, two young ladies came into the condo with their keys. When asked how they had the keys, they asked if we need our bed made. Apparently the cleaning crew does not hang the towels or make the bed. Some communications problems perhaps with office on whether the condo was ready since while clean, not completely ready for us. OVERALL, we enjoyed our stay. My husband loved the huge sun deck to sit out and view the ocean and feel its breezes. Ample poolside seating with several chaise loungers and table and chairs. You felt secure with the key locks to get into building. All the guests were friendly that we ran into. We love all the choices afforded by Vrbo. Three yrs now.

A Sweet Getaway after 42 Years!

We have stayed in several VRBO's across the country, and this was by far the cleanest and best kept-up condo we have used. The owner was a wonderful communicator, we had no issues, and the whole week was enhanced by the property. We rode up the elevator with several people who had bought and were bringing back mops to clean the dirty floors of their rentals. We have done that in the past. This was a completely different experience, and we are so thankful! Great week! We would definitely stay there again...or anywhere this owner offered!

Very nice property. Like many, it's on the beach but it seemed like a lot shorter walk to the sand than most. Nice porch furniture too, very comfortable. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We walked to Boulineaus. This has nothing to do with the property, but my car was parked perfectly legally on a side street in N. Myrtle beach got towed. Police said that my minivan with the golf clubs and beach chairs was a "suspicious" vehicle. Cost me 200 bucks to get it back. Don't know if I will ever return to S. Carolina.

Exactly as advertised

My wife n I highly recommend stay at Oceans 708. Beautiful view of the beach. Elevator is 10 steps from your door. Bed and living space furniture are all comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The shower head provides several options and the water was hot (a couple of cool n windy days). The unit itself is located within steps of a wonderful all-purpose IGA store. The place is amazing! Definitely check out Snooky’s on the beach for a meal or afternoon Pina Colada. The only negatives we experienced was cigarette smoke blowing our way on the balcony from above, which surprised us as it’s a no smoking complex and the TVs were a bit finicky. Really enjoyed the condo and the beach was outstanding.

This is a very clean, nicely decorated unit. It is the perfect size for 2. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, looking out at the ocean. We liked that the pool deck had an unobstructed view of the ocean. It is also conveniently located near the elevator.

Too much junk!

All the kitchen cabinets were full, no room for food. Broken dish strainer under the sink, good strainer in sink, 2 huge trays of mismatched silverware, 2 Kerig coffee makers, 1 coffee pot, one cabinet full of coffee cups stacked, Knicknacks all over all the tables, end tables, dressers, vanities that would fall down when the table or dresser touched. Microwave in cabinet with wobble, flat fish that fell down when you opened the microwave door or closed it. Bedroom closet full, suitcases had to stand in the floor when emptied into drawers which were thankfully empty. This is no place for kids either, and we adults had to be careful. Finally we just boxed up all the extra stuff in the kitchen drawers and cabinets and laid down all the things that would fall over. I don't live at home with stuff all over the countertops and I am not going to do it on vacation. Nice condo, but too much junk all over the place.

Stayed 1 week right after Covid quarantine lifted. Beautiful condo. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Awesome ocean views. Because of the situation the building was almost empty so parking, elevator, etc, were a breeze. It was nice to be able to do outdoor dining (Boardwalk Billy’s and Snooky’s were very nice). North Myrtle beach was so beautiful and quiet. We came home loaded with seashells and 93 shark teeth!! Only suggestion for owner would be a new microwave. If we go back we’d definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo. It was very clean with a small but well appointed kitchen beautiful living room and bedroom. Plenty of room for the two of us. Unfortunately everything, pool and local venues were all closed due to the Coronavirus. But we would definitely come again to stay here . The beach is beautiful and not very crowded this time of year. All in all a lovely place.
