Spacious 800 SF of living area. Updated and nicely furnished. Very clean. This comfortable retreat features a full kitchen that is fully stocked. Bedroom features a cozy and comfortable king size bed, Full bath with walk in tiled shower and extra half bath for added convenience. Direct oceanfront balcony with two rocking chairs.

Plentiful garage parking and secured access into the building by door code.
