About this property

This is for the guest apartment only located adjacent to the main house. The property sits on 3 acres off of a gravel road. There is a 750 sq ft gym. Lake Allatoona is about 1 to 2 min away. Red top Mountain is about 5 min away. The Lakepoint sports complex is located about 15 min away. This property is strictly for lodging purposes only. No partying, large gathering or heavy traffic allowed. These rules will be strictly enforced by guest being removed from the property. No exceptions.(Link to main house: ID 7254481)

Just as advertised

Great place, clean, comfortable. Second story so that is a consideration. Did have a clothes washer (if it works) though not listed on the vrbo listing.

Good value

Out of the way location, but convenient to hiking trails and State park venues. In decent condition, could use a quality painting. Owner was on the premise and was courteous and helpful. He even allowed access 3-4 hours prior to our checkin time. Much appreciated. Good value for the price. Thank you Ken.

Trip to Atlanta

The property provided a quiet, pretty and comfortable place for my husband and I to stay with our three dogs during a short trip to Atlanta. Every convenience was provided thoughtfully. The setting was like being at home. So nice.

Great Guest House

A very nice guest house, very clean and had everything we needed. So hard to find a nice pet friendly accommodation, really happy we found this spot for the night on our road trip.
