Renovated! New floor, new kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine), new beds, fans and air conditioning in bedrooms.
In the warm waters of the azure Caribbean Sea lies a tropical dream island - Bonaire! And the Belair complex is located on the west side of the island in the area known as Belnem. Due to its size and limited number of apartments, Belair is considered one of the most intimate, peaceful, and coziest complexes on the island.

These two spacious apartments have 2 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor living area. A living room with comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator. Free wireless internet, weekly cleaning, taxes, and linen service are included. No service fees. One apartment is located upstairs (#G), and one apartment is located downstairs (#A). NEW SUNDECK! And deck chairs!

Insects or mosquitoes rarely enter because the combination of the ever-present breeze and the comfortable shade sufficiently cools the outdoor space. We strive to provide an affordable and comfortable stay in a relaxed atmosphere within a friendly small complex.

The complex's garden has been renovated and features stairs for getting in and out of the water, 2 outdoor showers, and a place to clean your dive gear. A dive locker is also available.

Kralendijk, the small village, is only a 7-minute drive away, where you can find restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.

Perfect for diving and snorkeling, far away from the stress of daily life. Step out of your room onto the private terrace every morning and dive into the deep blue Caribbean Sea. Or relax and read a book while enjoying the sunset...

Absolutely Gorgeous! Front row seat to a beautiful view of the ocean. Great for quieter and/or older people as there is a mix of rental and owner condo units. The Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions that we had. Downstairs there are 6 lockers for the 12 unit condo to store scuba equipment. We were able to get a locker on the 3 day of our stay. There are parking spaces for one car per unit with parking across the street if you have more than one car. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay and definitely would recommend.

We really loved staying at apartment G at Bel Air. The balcony was better than you could have imagined. It was the perfect place to spend time having a morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. You are so close to the water that you can see fish swimming right up. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The beds were very comfortable and the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well. We also appreciated having the dive lockers on site. This was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to be back.

Perfect location for snorkeling, diving and ocean views. Easy access to the outdoor shower and gear rinse stations, outside secure gear locker, and outdoor gear-drying lines was perfect. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Our 2 weeks there was perfect.

Fantastic experience

We had a great stay. The view is amazing, and the location is perfect for diving the southern sites, but not too far from town and the north.Traffic can be a little busy, but it gets quiet in the evening. The owners were great,and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Over all place very clean. View was spectacular. One of the bedroom AC units didn’t work. The key to front balcony was stuck in the door. Close to all the dive sites…very convenient…u could dive and snorkel right off our deck!!

Such a Wonderful stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at Bel Air apartment G! The location was ideal and the apartment was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed. Martin was there to meet us when we arrived and communication with the hosts was quickly responded to. We absolutely loved being right on the water and able to snorkel right down the steps from the back apartment area (lovely deck on back to hang out) We also loved the large balcony the apartment had overlooking the water. Having AC in the bedrooms was also great at night for sleeping. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were very comfy. We will definitely stay here again if/when we return!

Another wonderful week

This well-appointed corner condo has beautiful views of Klein Bonaire. We watched the ships come and go from Kralendjk. The location is perfect for snorkeling right out front or at the close by southwest spots. Close to airport and a great supermarket. This is our second stay. We will be back!

Fantastic stay!

My wife and I stayed here for a dive trip. This place worked out very well for our needs. The view from the patio is beautiful. The air flow through the kitchen and living room area is great, and really helped during the super hot days. The bedrooms are a good size and the AC worked perfectly. For divers, there is a solid pole and hanging line on the patio for drying out your dive gear.

Beautiful View

My college-age daughter and I spent two weeks at this wonderful property. Nicole and Martin facilitated the check-in process and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. The view from this second floor unit is simply beautiful and the house reef is full of a variety of sea-life. The neighbors, some of whom owned their apartments, were incredibly helpful with suggestions for restaurants, car rentals, and dive shops. Thank you!!!

This was the right choice!

What a fantastic place to stay! The pictures set my expectations, but this condo exceeded them once we arrived. The location is far enough away from town that you don’t hear the noise all night long, but it is also close enough that within a five minute drive, you can be to the supermarket, dive shop for a tank swap/ boat dive, or one of the many restaurants. The condo has all of the amenities of home. We stocked the fridge, cooked on the stove one morning, and used the dishwasher a couple times. It was a great home base to start and stop from each day. The balcony was exactly as pictured. What a slice of heaven to sit on while enjoying a cup of coffee each morning and the sunset each afternoon. We went for a dive on the house reef, and we also took a couple of swims. The shower next to the stairs was convenient to rinse off the salt water. Nicole and Martin, the property managers, were attentive and easily accessible. They answered our questions and were very accommodating since this was our first time on Bonaire. I am not sure when we will travel back to Bonaire, but when we do, I will absolutely book this place again!

Can’t beat the location

The snorkeling outside is great - we saw turtles, eel, squid, and an octopus plus a wide variety of fish including scorpion, parrot, porcupine, trigger, trunk, cow, flounder, trumpet, the list goes on. The apartment is simply furnished but had all we needed for a week stay. We cooked breakfast but ate out for dinner. The bed was very comfortable and the AC in the main bedroom worked great. The loveseat in the living room was not very comfortable and only one other chair so even though a two bedroom not seating for four. The second bedroom between the master and living room had a horrible stench so we kept that door closed. We didn’t learn until we were leaving that it truly was sewer smell - would have been helpful to have a bit more orientation from the hosts when we checked in - run water to flush the smell back down the drain. The floor was filthy - not crumbs just ground in dirt so most likely had been vacuumed but not washed in a while. We purchased a mop head at the grocery store for less than $5 and after two passes the floors were clean so that we felt comfortable walking barefoot. Of note the tile floor is lovely and was easy to keep clean with every other day quick mop after the first deep clean. Note that the listing states microwave but there is not one. We didn’t need so not an issue for us. Plenty of towels and lovely large bathroom and shower. All in all we really enjoyed and would definitely return.
