Incredible oceanfront 2 bedroom apartment with all you need for a great vacation. Private sandy beach in front of the complex with easy access to the ocean. Double pool with sun loungers to enjoy the amazing sunsets after a "hard day" of diving , windsurfing , kiting or maybe just relaxing.

Located South of Flamingo airport , close to our famous dive spots in the South and only a 12 minutes drive to Jibe City or Atlantis Kite Beach. Very centrally located for diving, kiting and windsurfing.

We offer all our guests a 10% discounted dive voucher , please contact us for more information .
Also we can arrange a rental ruck, ready at the airport upon arrival, so no waiting lines at a car rental but fast check in.

As rental rates are based on the amount of guests , please notify us before arrival in case friends or family decide to join , so we can adjust your reservation accordingly .

Martin was a fantastic host. Met us at the unit to show us around and even left treats in the fridge!The unit had a phenomenal view of the water and sandy Beach. We were able to snorkel directly off of our own beach and had excellent access to other snorkeling areas and restaurants.

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The unit had everything we needed. We particularly loved the outdoor living space with the comfortable seating and gorgeous views. The host was very responsive and greeted us warmly when we arrived. Location is ideal for easy access for groceries and restaurants. We easily traveled all over Bonaire from unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Apartment!

This is a lovely apartment with an excellent location. We spent most of our time on the balcony - with an incredible view of the resident pelicans and sunsets. This building likely has the best private beach on the island, and the diving and snorkeling there was great!The apartment was well furnished and exactly as described in the listings. It was a very enjoyable stay for two couples. The only problem was that one week was too short a time on Bonaire...

Wonderful property in a great location. Ideal for a family wanting to be independent and explore Bonaire, or just chill in the pool/little beach. Property had everything we needed. "Wow" views from the balcony - it was a real joy to just sit there and look out over the sea. Great snorkeling on the doorstep. Cant wait to book again.

Excellent property and location

This was the third time we stayed at the Bellevue in Bonaire and have loved the experience each and every time. The location is convenient to getting downtown and it’s one of the few places that have beach access on the property. The apartment was very clean and spacious and equipped with all your kitchen needs to make a lovely Caribbean meal. We can’t wait to go back again next year.

Amazing trip

It was great from start to finish. Martin met us at the airport and brought us to the property. He showed us around and they even put a snack in the fridge for us as a welcome, including a few beers. The view was amazing and you could walk straight out into the beach and snorkel on corals. Would highly recommend and definitely planning on a return trip

First time to Bonaire

The house was well stocked with extra beach chairs, kitchen spices, extra snorkel gear, etc. The beds were comfortable, checkin/out was super easy and we saw turtles right off the easy entry beach. The refreshments in the fridge were very appreciated!! My only negatives (which did not greatly impact our stay) was that they only have 8 parking spaces for 12 units, so we had to hunt for parking on a busy street a couple of nights. And, 8 sunbeds which people reserved with their stuff all day. But, we didnt lounge, much. Overall, we loved the house and it was close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!!!!towels, etc.

Quiet and Relaxing

The view is amazing, we sat out on the balcony every chance we got! Everything you need in the kitchen yo prepare your own meals. Comfy bed. Construction across the street didnt really bother us. Gated apartment for added security which was nice. Small pool but tuays all you needed ad the ocean was right there and very private. Spacious apartment, we loved it!

First and foremost, this property is about the view and the beachfront. I don't think there is a property on the island that has a view like this, right on the ocean, with spectacular views each and every day. And the sandy beachfront with easy access to the ocean for a swim or snorkel, and a short swim to Bachelor's Beach is simply fantastic. Again, there really aren't many beaches on the island, and your private beach front is as nice as any of the public beaches. This is reason enough to consider this property, and made for an extremely special stay on Bonaire.As for the place itself, there is a wonderful dining table and comfortable sitting area on the large patio. We never had problems with mosquitos, and the screen door allowed us to have a constant backround of crashing waves and ocean breeze during our stay.The only difficulties we had are perhaps common on the island, including water pressure and temperature. You have to time your showers off hours to get adequate pressure and heat. There are AC units in the bedrooms for sleep, but not in the living area. The living space relies on the breeze through the vented front door and open patio doors. The building is on a busy road, and while it didn't bother us at all, you can hear cars driving by during busy times, because the front door is vented. The internet is very slow in the apartment.All in all, a unique property with unmatched access to the best of Bonaire in a quiet part of town.

Fantastic location and condo!!!

The photos of this VRBO do not do this place justice! There couldn’t have been a better location for us. Martin greeted us at the condo and actually came back a few hours later, when I had trouble with the key (my fault). You can snorkel right outside and the private beach is magical. My wife had never snorkeled before and this was a great place for her to learn. You are close to the salt ponds and we watched the sunset there 2 nights. Private and no one else there. It’s a magical place. We rented a boat from Bonaire boat rental and spent the day at Klein, fantastic trip (you can also take the water taxi but we enjoyed having the boat). We spent a day in the National Park and did the cliff jumping…another magical place. If you go start early, it takes about 3 hours to dry through the dirt single lane bumpy roads. Rent a truck or SUV a small car will not make it. If you are going to do one snorkel go to Bari Reef and snorkel around the rocks there. Easily the most diverse number of fish I. A small area. Enjoy the sunset from the balcony…life doesn’t get any better! The drive up to 1000 steps is amazing the the snorkeling is great too. Thanks for the condo we hope to be back soon!

Amazing Dive Trip!

My friend and I so enjoyed the Bellevue #8 apartment. The apartment was really well decorated, had a great view, backyard sandy beach with easy shore diving entry. Martin was super helpful and available if we needed anything on the property. The dive locker and rinse tank was super easy to use. We rented our tanks literally across the street at Beyond the Corals dive shop- they were so nice and professional. We are already planning our next trip!

Can’t Get Closer to Beach Than This

Snorkeling and SCUBA four steps from the back porch. Right on a busy main thoroughfare but otherwise quiet. And the view off the balcony!
