Welcome to “Gîtes de la Caumette”: 4 “fully equipped” holiday rentals with a private pool, at the foot of Pic Saint Loup, between the Cévennes and the Mediterranean, 30 km north of Montpellier in the Hérault department. Let yourself be charmed by the tranquility and beauty of this setting.<br>BAMBOU Cottage… for 4 to 6 people. (70 m² on the ground floor and ground floor). The amenities and tasteful decor blend seamlessly with functionality in this spacious two-bedroom cottage. NEW: Reversible air conditioning. Private sunny terraces overlooking the garden and pool...<br>Upstairs: a large bedroom with a walk-in closet features a double bed (140 x 200). The second bedroom can be furnished with either two single beds (90 x 200) or one large double bed (180 x 200). All beds are equipped with comforters and pillows.<br>The charming bathroom features a large bathtub with a shower curtain, a sink with a large mirror, and a storage shelf. The toilet is separate. For young children, a safety gate secures access to the stairs.<br>On the ground floor: The living room is comfortably furnished with a 3-seater leather sofa, a sofa bed (140 x 190), two armchairs, and a coffee table. The wood-burning fireplace will warm your hearts on cooler evenings during the off-season... while the flat-screen TV (DTT channels) lets you connect your cameras, camcorders, or game consoles... A work and recreation area for all ages rounds out the living space. FREE Wi-Fi is available throughout all the cottages.<br>The fully equipped kitchen area includes a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, coffee pot, and electric kettle, plus dishes and cookware. In addition to the table and 6 chairs, the furniture offers plenty of storage space.<br>A washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, are available in a shared laundry room for all 4 cottages.<br>Les Gîtes de la Caumette feature private parking, a bocce court, an outdoor ping-pong table, and a children’s play area. You also have FREE access to the community tennis court (800 m away).<br>The secure swimming pool (10m x 5m) is open from April through October, and its terrace is equipped with lounge chairs.<br>The two “ZEN” terraces invite you to relax with a book or enjoy an aperitif. <br>Two barbecues are available for your use.<br>A pool house allows you to join us for “Co-Gîteurs” dinner parties at your convenience (July/August).<br>All these relaxation areas are open at all times and feature board games, chess and checkers sets, and… <br>POOL TABLE (for adults), TABLE FOOTBALL (for children), and a TRAMPOLINE!<br>Note: You can rent bed linens (€8/person); bath towels (€5/person); pool towels (€3/person); a cleaning fee (€50); and baby gear is available free of charge.<br>Recently, all cottages have been equipped with “reversible air conditioning” connected to a dedicated individual metre. During cold or very hot weather, if you use it, you will be asked to pay a fee. Rate: cost price per kWh based on your actual consumption. (currently ± €0.28/kWh).
