Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used beds unmade. ALL TRASH MUST BE IN A TRASH BAG. Place used towels in the tub / shower. In the summer months set the AC to 77 degrees. in the winter months set the heat to 63 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
