This spacious, modern condo sleeps eight comfortably. It features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, an open living area with a gas fireplace, SMART TV, and a private bayfront balcony. The primary suite includes a king bed and luxurious bath, while the second and third bedrooms offer queen, full, and twin beds for additional guests.
Residents enjoy access to community amenities including:

Seasonal outdoor pool with stunning bay views

Parking: You have two assigned spaces in the RLC South Tower garage area. You must use access cards to enter the garage and display your parking permit on the dashboard. Please do not park in hotel spaces. There is no overflow parking. City parking permits may be available—check the property before purchasing from the parking department. The garage has a height restriction of 6'6"; please remove roof racks before entering.

Beautiful condo!

My husband, 2 children and I had an amazing time at this condo. It was big, clean, updated and in the perfect location. The pool, beach by the bay and the ocean were all within a 5 minute walk!!

Great Beach Week

We had a fantastic time at this property. The larger residence community space was amazing, complete with multiple decks, firepits and a beautifully maintained pool. Such a hit with the kids who were a bit "beached out" everyday after lunch. The location was perfect. One block from the beach. The unit itself was impeccable. Great amenities, tasteful décor, bright and very clean. Clearly, the owners take pride in the unit. It was very spacious. And the sunrise/sunset views from the bayfront balcony were breathtaking. Would highly recommend and will definitely seek to book the same unit next summer!
