This home has been lovingly renovated and decorated with comfort and entertainment in mind. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an oversized breakfast bar complete with 4 bar stools. At the center is the two-story family room and open dining area including a rustic great table that can accommodate 12 for dinner.

The game room includes ping-pong, shuffleboard, and a vintage video game table. The movie room features a beverage center, recessed lighting and an extensive DVD collection as well as Roku with Netflix.

This home has 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 12 and includes 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), 1 twin trundle (sleeps 2).
The main floor master features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bath, a large closet and TV.
The upper level has two bedrooms and a loft area. This level includes 1 queen bed, 2 twin bunks (sleeps 4), 1 twin trundle (sleeps 2). The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen bed with full bath across the hall. For your comfort and convenience, the cabin includes 3 full baths and one-half bath. The laundry Room is located on the main level.

Outside there is a huge front porch, which is the perfect place to relax after a day on the water and connect and relax with friends. The backyard has a large stone patio with two BBQs as well as a large fire pit and premium back yard swing set.
We are walking distance from Fontana public beach. No pets or smoking allowed. Minimum rental age 18.

A Mediocre First Experience

Overall, the family found the exterior pleasant for adults and children. The interior features lacked quality given the rental price. The coffee maker didn't work (appreciated replacement), the toaster was filthy, all beds were not made, the upstairs bathtub did not have a mat or non-slip treads (one guest fell), dirt/paper found under couch cushions, and kitchenware highly disorganized. One guest traveled back and forth from home as she had a bad reaction to unknown (pet dander, bedding, etc.) elements the first evening (appreciated offer to reclean place). This was our first VRBO experience. In our opinion the property was overpriced given the lack of care/quality with interior elements. First experience staying in Lake Geneva area which has a lot to offer for family vacations. Will return and would consider renting a VRBO property. John

Hi John, We want to start by saying we always appreciate and value feedback. We did everything we could during your stay to make sure your group was happy. We were in contact with you regularly. We replaced the coffee maker ASAP and offered to send a cleaner, which you declined. We are not sure what may have caused an allergic reaction and are sorry this happened to your guest. This isn't a pet friendly property. We don’t usually make up the top bunks, but always supply clean sheets/bedding if guests choose to use them. We always inspect after each clean and haven’t had any problems at this home. This is a large upscale home in a high-end community with prior five-star reviews and the price is reflective.
