We loved the house. It was very comfortable for the 5 of us. We were able to walk to the lake and lunch and it was a short drive to the event we were attending. Everything we needed was available, which was great.

Convenient location to Lake Geneva fun. We enjoyed the beach, nature conservancy, the observatory, kayaking and lake cruise. The weather was perfect. The property is newly renovated. Our family enjoyed our stay here.

Stay was overall good! Location is fantastic for lake access, restaurants and ease of getting around. Few spiders/bugs but it’s that time of year I guess. Communication was good. No central air but overall cool enough…However, there was construction going on RIGHT next door and there are 4 other rentals right next door as well!

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

We just loved the condo. They even put up a Christmas Tree so we really got in the spirit. When I needed to contact owners with question they got right back to me. The place was charming, clean and a GREAT location. We will be back soon.

Good location

The Location of the place was great. It needed just a little more cleaning. We found cobwebs in several places. It definitely needs to be sprayed for bugs, we had several spiders, silverfish, and other types of bugs. We just killed them and went on with the day. They just need to spray a couple of times and the problem would be solved. Overall, it was a great stay!

Absolutely Recommend!

Stay was fantastic. Place was beautiful. We had one little situation which was minor and the hosts responded and solved the issue right away. Very responsive and kind hosts! Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and clean. The only thing that was difficult was for all of us to watch tv together due to the way the furniture is set up. I wish the couch was across from the tv and not next to it. But that is something that may not bother everyone. Just for my family it was hard for all of us to be together in that space of the living room.

My husband and I bought this hotel location to renovate and make the perfect vacation spot in Lake Geneva area. We LOVE Williams Bay and the sleepy lakeside village scene.

Downtown Williams Bay on Lake Geneva offers convenience to all Lake Geneva has to offer. Close to the renown golf clubs, fishing, boating, Yerkes Observatory, great restaurants and Geneva Lake path. The town has grown to offer great coffe shops, Salon and Spa, boat rentals, and nature walks.

What makes this property unique

The American offers a downtown location to allow walking to great restaurants, spa, lake path, and Williams Bay boating, fishing, kayaking, sailing. It's less than 10 minutes to Lake Geneva downtown, Abbey Springs Golf, Geneva National Golf Club.
