A beautiful property, especially the outdoor kitchen/eating area where we spent all our mealtimes. The short walk to the beach is rewarded with a stunning view and beautiful fish if you care to snorkel.

Perfect location for a family holiday! The pool area with its bar, outdoor kitchen and dining area for 10 was the best I’ve seen, everything you would want including outdoor shower room and plenty of fridge/freezer space. July 2026 was hot, so thank you air conditioning! Véronique and Marc are very responsive hosts to any questions during our stay. We love Les Issambres and Ste-Maxime, thank you!

Everything was perfect with this Villa from the communication with the Host at the very beginning to when we arrived the Villa is absolutely stunning. The outdoor kitchen is exactly as per the photos we spent most of our time here and by the pool which is the perfect temperature the bedrooms are beautifully decorated there is lots of parking. There is lots to do in the area and we even had a really nice welcome surprise and communication throughout our stay about local Events. We will definitely definitely be back. Thank you so much, we had the most amazing time !!! We were a family of five with two teenage boys 19 and 16 and it was about 12 Uber to the nearest town where they were bars for them to go to in the evening. There’s also some very nice restaurants at the bottom of the hill in the local seafront and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.

The villa is beautiful, comfortable and had plenty of space for our three families. There was lots of room for everyone to relax, but also plenty of lovely areas where we could all spend time together.We especially loved the pool area and the outdoor kitchen, which quickly became the heart of the villa. We spent so much time outside, in the pool, enjoying meals together and playing games around the large dining table.The lighting in the pool and outdoor kitchen in the evening was absolutely magical and created such a beautiful atmosphere. Sitting outside together in the evenings was one of our favourite parts of the holiday.The air conditioning was also wonderful, especially as the weather was exceptionally hot during our stay. It made the villa very comfortable and gave us a lovely cool space to relax in when needed.10 minute walk to local shops and beach area. It is up hill on the way back, we got an uber a few times in the heat but it is walkable.The villa was perfect for our group and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would happily return and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious villa for a family or group holiday.Thank you so much to Véronique and Marc for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Villa

This property was lovely it has an outdoor kitchen area which includes an oven so we spent the whole week living outside. The villa is situated on a hill with shops, bars, restaurants and access to the sea at the bottom. Would highly recommended.

Family vacation

Veronique & Marc, we absolutely adored your house! It was very comfortable and beautifully equipped, especially with sharp knives.We had enough warm days in April to keep us happy! Thank you for the delicious pastry gift!Our grandchildren loved the pool, as did we!!We hope to return next year!

Beautiful, just beautiful!

This house was much more beautiful than the pictures showed. The outdoor kitchen was spacious and perfect for watching the kids in the pool as we prepared lunch. The pool was great with enough sunbeds for everyone. The rooms were well set out and offered enough privacy for each family member. Definitely would recommend this place for families or friends looking for a chilled out holiday.

Fantastic week and house

We had a lovely week and spent most of the time by the pool or in the outdoor kitchen/bar area. We would book again anytime. Had a small sewer issue, but got fixed as soon as we contacted them:) All good!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at the villa, we visited for 4 weeks from Australia and it was the perfect base to spend time with friends and family. The perfect place for 2 families to cohabit without getting on top of each other. Stand out was the pool and outside kitchen, we spent many an evening together there. Walk down to the beach in 10 mins using Veronique’s short cut, lots to do in the area. John was always on hand to assist when needed, otherwise you are left in peace to enjoy this beautiful property and surrounds. Would definitely return!

Amazing & Relaxing Stay

I spent a magical week in this wonderful villa, and I only wish I could have stayed longer. The house has everything we needed, we like to cook and found a lot of equipment, but more importantly the outdoor kitchen and living area is THE cherry on the cake. We spent the entire week outside, cooking, eating and swimming. It was perfect for my children (3 year old and 8 month old) to run and crwl around, the garden is the perfect size and I could keep an eye on everyone easily. We only live 2 hours away from Ste Maxime but we felt like we went to Bali or somewhere exotic thanks to the nice outside decor and wooden furniture. The inside of the house was very comfy, the beds were great and we slept really well. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back!

Amazing Property

This place had everything we needed and then some. The living spaces and rooms were larger than expected. As a group of 8 friends and with 5 bedrooms, there was more than enough space for all, without feeling crowded. The bedrooms are the perfect size with excellent closet space shelves, drawers, and hangers. While we spent most of our time outdoors, the indoor living space was also well appointed with a full living room, TV, and dining area. We can't say enough about the outdoor space. It felt like we were at a resort. The pool was large enough for several people to swim, the ping pong table got lots of use, and the outdoor kitchen and dining area were fabulous! The kitchen was very well appointed with fridge, stove, oven, grill, microwave and tons of dishes. We also loved having access to the outdoor bathroom/shower. The property location is up a hill from the sea, which is about a 15 min. walk. At the bottom of the street is a pizza place and a restaurant. We were thankful to have access to cars because it would be a long walk to get to any of the towns. There is so much to see and do in this area, our 2 weeks wasn't enough. Thanks for our hosts for the excellent communications and recommendations.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit 3 Familien in dem tollen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber praktisch eingerichtet so daß jeder seine Sachen hinterkriegt. Die Betten sind hervorragend, alle könnten gut schlafen. Glaube es waren Bambou Matrazen. Ein Zimmer ist nur von aussen über einen Treppe zugänglich. Aber der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und der tollen Aussenküche macht dadiese kleinen Abstriche bei den Zimmern wett. Wir haben an sich die ganzen 2 Wochen nur in der Aussenküche und draussen verbracht. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche innen haben wir nicht genutzt. Bei schlechtem Wetter könnte das Wohnzimmer für 10 Personen zu klein sein. Die Lage des Hauses ist für da man schnell an alle relevanten Orte, Supermärkte und Strände kommt. Saint Tropez sollte man vom Hafen vor Ort aus anfahren. Schöne Strände sind in Frejus und La Nartelle. Port Grimaud ist auch ein Besuch wert. Beste Pizza kriegt man am Pizzawagen vor dem Plage 99. Supermarkt sind wir immer nach Maxime in Carrefour, dort in der Nähe ist auchei MC Donalds falls die Kinder mal meckern. Wir kommenn sicheral wieder, die Gegend ist wirklich toll und abwechslungsreich.

Super schönes Haus

Liegt wunderschön, von der oben liegenden Straße ist am Pool und in den Zimmern nichts zu hören. Wunderbare Aussenküche direkt am Pool. Wir haben innen nie gekocht. Vielen Dank für die schönen zwei Wochen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Veronique und Marc sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und immer ansprechbar wenn es Fragen gibt. Das schöne Haus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung, der Outdoorbereich ist von Marc liebevoll gestaltet und die Outdoor Küche sowie Pool einfach sehr schön weil man sich alles draußen zubereiten kann. Grill, Barbecue, Tischtennis ausreichend Geschirr, alles vorhanden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genießen dürfen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke für alles! SB

Séjour Ste Maxime septembre
