Just steps from the apartment, you’ll find shops right nearby: an on-site supermarket, numerous restaurants and stores, a cinema, a convention centre, City Hall, and a weekly market. The location is quiet but offers easy access—just a 10-minute walk—to the vibrant heart of Tours, Place Plume, and the banks of the Loire River with its open-air café during the summer months.

The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot and the surrounding area of Tours: Tours, known as “Little Paris,” the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, and the Loire Valley’s vineyards and wines.
