You will access the apartment from Place Anatole France, at the top of Rue Nationale. It is located on the second floor, without an elevator, but the staircase is very wide and comfortable.
The apartment is composed of:

- Living space with lounge area and dining area
- Kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking (induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, basic necessities)
- 2 bedrooms with quality Queen size bed (160x200)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) that can be joined into 1 bed 180x200.
- 2 bathrooms equipped with a walk-in shower
- 1 separate toilet
You will enjoy an ideal location in this central district with a green environment, where you can easily access all the activities you want for a tourist or professional stay, before resting in this comfortable apartment sheltered from noise pollution.

Guest access:
The entire apartment is at your disposal, it is furnished accommodation intended for rental only. The apartment is ideally located in the hyper-center of Tours, facing the Loire.
For people coming on foot, you will access the apartment from Place Anatole France. It is located on the second floor, without elevator, but the staircase is very wide and comfortable.
For people by car, motorbike or bicycle, you will access the parking lot (private and fully enclosed garage) located at the back of the building.

Other information to note:
The reception and handing over of the keys are by appointment, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Departure is at 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
The price includes household linen: sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels. The beds are made upon your arrival, as well as cleaning after your departure.
A small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products are available to start your stay.
A travel cot is at your disposal.
