Cottage in Port Guillaume, with a garden along the Dives River and a pool for residents

Cottage of 55 m2 for 4 people with garden, outdoor swimming pool open from June 1st to September 30th with private access.
Individual garage 1 car.

On the ground floor: kitchen open to the living room/lounge, WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, view of the Dives and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200), bathroom, WC.

Ideally located on the banks of the Dives, along a pedestrian path, this cottage is a 10-minute walk from the superb beach of Cabourg (accessible by a pedestrian footbridge). Access by car or train (train station 500 m away).

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, convection oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. You will also find coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, electric plancha.

In the living room, you will find table, chairs and crockery as well as the sofa and TV.

The. bedrooms each have a large closet. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Upstairs you will find the vacuum cleaner, the iron, the tancarville in the small room adjoining the bathroom.

As cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay, cleaning products are provided.
If you wish, it is possible to have it made for 40€ by a person whose contact details I will provide you.

The location of the cottage makes it particularly quiet because, located along a pedestrian path, there is no noise from cars. The garden at the front allows you to make the most of the view of the Dives and Cabourg. Terrace facing south/west with plancha and garden furniture + 2 sunbeds.

Swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September. Private access by badge. At 200 m, you will find outdoor children's games.

Close to all shops and tourist places.
Forget the car, everything can be done on foot: fishing and marina, beach, Cabourg, Houlgate, Dives - sur - Mer.....

A little further afield: Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, Caen and the D-Day landing beaches.

In Cabourg, to relax and unwind:
Aqua Diva water sports centre (water sports, fitness, well-being and fun area) and Thalazur centre (thalassotherapy)

The accommodation is non-smoking. It must be left clean, the dishes put away and the dishwasher emptied.
Pets are not allowed.
