Newly remodeled, 1020 Sq Ft Condo - only 2 blocks from the beach. All are on ground level with a great porch to enjoy Port A sunsets. This coastal cutie has a large living room with a couch (which folds out into a sleeper), recliner, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen is equipped with white appliances granite countertops and 2 barstools. The adjoining dining area has seating for 4, plus additional seating for 2 at the bar table next to it, the additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar/island. The washer/dryer is tucked neatly away in a hall closet. The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King-size bed, TV, closet, chest, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed and a Twin bed, a TV, a closet, and a chest. It has use of the hall bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. Enjoy relaxing outside on the porch or swimming in the complex pool after a day at the beach.

Convenient & Dog-friendly

We loved our recent stay at Costa Del Ray Townhomes. It was clean and cute with very comfy beds. The location is fantastic—just a short walk/drive to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking. We especially appreciated the convenient water hose for rinsing off sand before going inside. Highly recommend!

Great Beach House

This was a great small house, fit our our family well. I loved that it had space for three kids in the room, so no one was sleeping on a couch. Kitchen was great and well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy and quick.

Great weekend away

We had a great experience. Very clean and had just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The property management company was amazing. We called with a slight problem and someone was there in 15 minutes to help us. Will definitely recommend to family & friends!

Perfect Getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. Plenty of space and a great floorpan for privacy. This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental property. You could prepare ANYTHING! The host was so responsive and we felt really valued. The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Thank you!

Property was well equipped with kitchen ware and gadgets. Comfy beds and linen. Only trouble I had was that I didn’t receive the door code and was confused on how to get in but I called the number on the window sign and was able to have it sent within seconds.

Nice place

The unit was great. It was comfortable, clean and easy access to the beach. The only let down was the pool was green and not swimmable. We booked the stay here because there was a pool, so we could have gone to a more affordable location without a pool. But overall we had a nice time.

Great time!

It’s been years since the family visited Port A - we had a blast and this very clean, nicely decorated condo was a big part of the positive experience. It’s easy to get to the beach, was a very quiet location, with parking right at the front door.
