Newly remodeled, 1020 Sq Ft Condo - only two blocks from the beach and a 7-minute walk to the beach. All on one level with a great porch to enjoy Port A sunsets. This coastal cutie has a large living room with two couches (one folds out into a sleeper), a TV, and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and two barstools. The adjoining dining area has seating for 6. The washer/dryer is tucked neatly away in a hall closet. The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King-size bed, TV, closet, chest, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen and a Full-size bed, a TV, a closet, and a chest. It has use of the hall bathroom, which has a stand-alone shower. Enjoy relaxing outside on the porch or swimming in the complex pool after a day at the beach.

Perfect Birthday Weekend

Great location with easy access to the beach, shops, and food! Check in and out were seamless and the condo was super clean and stocked! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Perfect location for a beach getaway

The place couldn’t have been more perfect! Close to beach access road, nice cool pool and a perfectly appointed townhome. Can’t get any better than that!

Enjoyable stay

Very nice location, close to beach. We enjoyed our stay. Only mentionables would be a lack of a starter kit we were supposed to have with trash bags and we were expecting a barbeque grill, which there was not one.

Perfect for a party of 4 to 6 people. Has pretty much everything you need. Just bring your groceries, beverages, suits, sunscreen and beach towels to enjoy a few days in Port A! Check-in/Out was simple, location is great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful- even nicer than the pictures

We were so incredibly impressed with this property. Not only was it amazing clean- literally every nook and cranny was spotless— but the details and decorations made this such a nice, peaceful stay. They really took great effort to decorate and make the place nice. I’m so happy we picked this unit. The management company was extremely responsive and easy to work with too.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tastefully appointed and perfect location for easy beach access. The pool was also a nice plus. The living area has plenty of space for extra guests. I would highly recommend this space for a relaxing fun time in Port A!

Condo was nice!

Great place to stay. Very close to the beach. The only problem we had was parking. We had two spaces and some random vehicle parked in our spot two of the four days we were there. We reported it to the management company and they let the owner know.

Great Condo by the Beach

Amazing location this condo is loaded with everything to make you feel at home while away from home! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for getaway! Super cozy and spacious for my family and I too enjoy especially when the grass was shutoff on the island! We were angle to cook on the electrical stove and make the most of it!!! Neighborhood is great lots of bustling around and the beach is super close for walking or driving!!! Would recommend a milking times and we hope to see the condo again!!!

Great location!!!

Property was great in every way except for cleanliness. Floors were very gritty, washer had detergent spilled in it and dryer was overflowing with lint. Could not find a broom to sweep with and the mop was yucky. It’s a very cute and comfy property with a great location and would love to stay there again. Floors just needed to be clean.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful five day stay and would definitely stay there again. My one and ONLY complaint is that I wish the bedrooms had blackout curtains because it was hard to sleep in with the sun shining right in room first thing and the neighbors behind the condo had their patio/hot tub lights on all night.

Great Location

Let me just say that we very much enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and so close to the beach! I wouldn't mind staying again. The place was nice and neat. However, the person that you have cleaning this property for you isn't very thorough. There was dried food on the bar top in the kitchen.. lThere was sand on all the furniture, and the floor was not swept or mopped in idk how long. Walking barefoot in the place and your feet are black. The furniture could use some shampooing as there were stains from previous guests and the comforters on the bed smelled and had stains on them like they are reused without being washed. As someone who travels for work, I pay attention to detail and those are the things that bothered me. I swept the entire place myself and there was so much dirt and sand. I am aware that it is the beach so sand is expected but the amount that there after sweeping was unacceptable. I also wiped the floor with a wet paper towel and it was so black as if the floor is never mopped. My kids walked barefoot and their feet were so dirty, it was awful. I hope you can find someone who can clean better.
