About this property

House 6 persons seaside

A 1950s Breton house, fully renovated in 2020, with 120 m² of living space. Spacious and very bright, ideally located in the heart of St. Guénolé. Everything is within easy walking distance: all local shops, including an Intermarché, bars, restaurants, a newsstand… the fishing port, and two of the town’s three beaches, including Pors Carn, a surfer’s paradise. Just 2 minutes from the bike path that leads to Guilvinec, passing entirely through the town of Penmarch, which is quite extensive. Very bright and spacious home.
Very quiet area, near the Tour Carrée.
Three bicycles are available for guests (insurance, helmets, and locks are the responsibility of the guests).
The 100-square-meter terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and lounge chairs… and is enclosed by a gate, which provides safety for children. The garden features several lounge chairs and is adjacent to an enclosed parking area.
A storage area for bikes and surfboards is available.
In accordance with health guidelines, the house is thoroughly disinfected between each guest stay.

Très agréable

Logement conforme à la description confortable et spacieux. Très bien situé dans un quartier calme et typique du sud finistere. Équipements performants. Les plus : propriétaire agréable, belles chambres, jardin, terrasse, buanderie très pratique pour les retours de plage. Les moins : la salle d eau un peu petite. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour dans le Finistère

Logement totalement conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons apprécié: le calme, la proximité des plages des lieux touristiques et des commerces. la maison est très agréable, très bien équipée la propriétaire sympathique et réactive.
