Charming house in the heart of town

The apartment features 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and toilets on the 1st and 2nd floors, 1 living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, and 1 kitchen on the ground floor with access to a beautiful terrace. The area is close to city centre (a 10-minute walk), shops, and Niort’s main institutions (health insurance providers, hospital, city hall, CAN, etc.).

Access to the house is self-service via a digital keypad. The living area is 85 m² spread over two floors, with a 25 m² terrace on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 10 people.
You can enjoy the terrace on sunny days in a very peaceful setting.

It’s a 10-minute walk from the lively Les Halles market, located right next to the donjon, the city’s iconic landmark.

You can set off by bike from the house towards the Marais Poitevin, which is a 45-minute bike ride away. We can lend you 1 or 2 bikes, but we recommend renting higher-quality equipment from local bike shops (e.g., Le Beauvelo de Robigo, a 15-minute walk from the house).

The “Marne” bus stop is 100 metres away.
Buses are free—take advantage of this to explore the city in a different way.
Parking is free in our area. Please be careful—our street is narrow and has two-way traffic. If possible, use Avenue de la Rochelle instead.
