Maison au bord de l'eau

Notre famille à beaucoup bien aimé ce week-end de repérage, cette ferme rénovée , tout sauf rustique, au calme absolue. Balades tout au tour et rivière pour cet été quand on reviendra en famille et avec nos amis

Un lieu unique

La maison est parfaite, nous allons revenir avec un groupe plus nombreux cet été, c’est très spacieux.On a adoré la décoration , nous avons fait une longue balade au bord de la rivière et dîner dans un super restau à côté du village à Noyers

Super expérience!

Très belle région et ferme refaite avec goût, beaucoup d espace et le patio et jardin se complètent parfaitement . Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir faire de la céramique sans inscription , Frédérick le propriétaire était là, la maison à côté à son atelier . Super expérimence il va nous envoyer par la poste nos créations

Séjour gâché

La maison est plutôt agréable et la literie propre. Malheureusement, elle est confortable pour 3 ou 4 personnes, or nous étions 6, et avions besoin de 4 chambres. Contrairement à l’annonce "5 chambres dont 2 avec leur propre salle de bain et WC", 3 chambres sont habitables, mais la 4e, extérieure, en rez-de-jardin, était très humide et accueillait surtout les insectes et les toiles d'araignées et la 5e chambre ne nous a pas été proposée. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui n'a rien voulu entendre, et nous a raccroché au nez. Deux personnes de notre groupe ont dû partir à l'hôtel, ce qui a considérablement gâché notre séjour et fait perdre 600 €. Enfin, la kitchenette, pas très propre, n'est pas prévue pour 6 personnes, il n'y a qu'un petit réfrigérateur, très insuffisant, et certains équipements en panne (grille-pain, expresso, micro-ondes). Il faut savoir qu’en cas de litige de ce type, il faut prévenir Abritel dans les 12 premières heures… The house is pleasant and the bed linen clean. Unfortunately, it is comfortable for only 3-4 people. Yet we reserved the house for six people and required four bedrooms (two couples and two singles). Three of the bedrooms were fine, but the fourth one, on the garden level, was extremely damp and musty, better suited for insects and spiders. The fifth bedroom was locked up and never offered to us. We contacted the owner, but he was insensitive to our plight (he actually hung up on us when we called to request a solution). Given the state of the garden bedroom, one of the couples in our group had to take a room at a hotel located twenty minutes away, which considerably spoiled our stay and cost 600€. It should also be noted that there is no shared toilet, as the bathrooms are located in two of the bedrooms. Lastly, the kitchenette was not very clean and insufficient for six people. It is equipped with a small refrigerator and little counter space. In addition, the toaster, expresso and microwave did not function properly. It is worth knowing that in case of such disputes, Abritel requires reporting the situation within the first twelve hours….

Sacha à réservé pour 6 personnes et des son arrivée il m à téléphoné pour me demander 5 chambres ( nous ne louons jamais pour plus de 6 nous ne mettons que 3 chambres à dispo ) c est clair avant la confirmation de location. Je lui ai proposé la chambre sur jardin en plus des 3 autres , chambre préférée l'été car très fraîche , mais cette année 2021 sans été et avec beaucoup de pluie elle est humide. Sacha est de mauvaise fois, parlant de toile d arraignee dans une maison à la campagne! et venant avec 10 personnes alors qu ils sont 6 et je lui est proposé dans son appel de quitte le lieu et d être remboursé pour les jours suivant ... Il a refusé .... ici il a juste tenter de ce faire remboursé son séjour après l'avoir totalement consommé

Cadre idyllique et calme

Véritable maison en pierre pleine de charme et décorée avec bcp de goût, dans un environnement ultra calme. Jardin très appréciable avec son bbq et sa longue table pour les repas et apéritifs. Dommage que le four à pain indiqué dans l'annonce n'était pas accessible!
