The property offers breathtaking views over the hills, the castle of Grimaud, the villages of Gassin and La Croix Valmer to the sea which is only 12 kms away for the nearest beaches.
The environment is exceptional and privileged with no neighbours but close to the village of La Garde Freinet less than 2 kms, beaches, forest, lakes and hiking trails and the motorway (19 kms).
Due to its unique location, for the last 300 metres the access is via a partially concrete dirt road. Be careful! Avoid sports cars or cars with very low chassis.
The 4 Wells offer rustic comfort with all the appliances (except air conditioning) as well as a pretty little swimming pool with an alarm.
Washing machine, dishwasher, plancha style barbecue, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, citrus juicer, electric kettle, satellite TV, wi fi access.
Note: one bedroom is completely independent with a small adjoining living room.
A second large bedroom with high ceiling and miller's ladder leading to the third mezzanine bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds. Linen is provided.
The location in the heart of nature, terraces, natural obstacles, levels and stairs, makes it difficult to accommodate young children and people with reduced mobility.
A horse lives there, so no pets!
The house is adjoining that of the owner/caretaker but no vicissitude is linked to this configuration.
The 4 Wells are timeless and are more suitable for dreamers and poets in search of calm and serenity. You will find an ideal place to recharge your batteries.
