Located in the centre of Annecy, in the heart of restaurants and markets, close to Lake Annecy, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
Discover an apartment with the charm of the old, overlooking the Canal du Thiou.
The apartment is located in the Passage des Bains which is entirely pedestrian.
Ideal for up to 4 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/ kitchen, 1 bathroom and a terrace.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm, the second bedroom with 2 single beds 70x190 cm.
Kitchen equipped with microwave, linen will be provided for your stay.
Important: for a relaxed holiday, the apartment is equipped with Wifi.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

🅿️The nearest car parks are the Post Office car park and the Sainte Claire car park both located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it knew how to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

nettoyage cuisine avons nettoyé le frigo sentait le poisson liquide orange répandu sur les étagères du frigo.(avertis Elsa) nettoyage salle de bains avons nettoyé lavabo traces dentifrice séchée cheveu syphon baignoire terrasse envahie de feuilles table et chaises sales lumière murale avec fils électrique qui pendent.. grace a sa situation centale nous avons passe un super sejour contact aurions aime avoir un contact avec Elsa pour reception des clefs et visite appartement..elle aurait pu constater l etat de proprete toutefois très réactive et agréable sur Wattapps. nous reviendrons certainement et ai deja donner votre contact a des amis sur aix les bains et en suisse. bonne journee florence

Rien ne va dans cet appartement. Il est sale, inconfortable, il sent mauvais et n'est pas entretenu. L'appartement est vétuste (je ne parle pas décoration !) Le linge de lit est sale, la vaisselle également, le volet qui donne sur la rue (au 1er étage) ne se ferme pas. La litterie est un enfer. Je ne m'attarderai pas sur les autres points désastreux comme les balcons sales, les fils électriques qui dépassent des appliques à hauteur du visage, les prises qui font des étincelles des qu'on y branche quelque chose.. La réception des clés n'est qu'à 16h ce qui est très tard pour un check-in. Aucun effort n'est fait pour que l'endroit soit agréable. J'aurais préféré être un peu plus excentrée mais avoir un minimum de confort et de propreté. Pour 1300€ les 4 nuits c'est légitime !

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable L’accueil a été très sympathique et très simple pour récupérer les clés de l’appartement qui est très spacieux bien équipé avec son balcon terrasse surplombant la rivière vue magnifique et très reposant Appartement très propre tout est pratiquement fourni seul bémol le flexible de douche hs et le canapé pas très confortable et le côté de la méridienne ne tient plus beaucoup Accès direct à tous les commerces proche du lac on peut tout visiter à pied au départ de l’appartement Pas de bruit de voisinage Un séjour parfait je recommande vivement

Appartement très propre, refait à neuf et très bien agencé, avec un équipement complet. Vous êtes à proximité de tout : lac, musée, ancien centre ville magnifique... Maxime, propriétaire de l'apppart, est toujours disponible pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. C'est absolument un incontournable appart sur Annecy pour 1 à 4 personnes. Il y a juste un petit "mais" : il faut avoir assez de Gigas pour pouvoir rester connecté car cet appart manque le WIFI. Je lui mets tout de même 5 étoiles car cela n'a pas perturbé mon séjour.

lave linge nessort pas tancarville rouillé douchette flexible fuit table de jardin et balcon sale avec des feuilles poele inulisable Fraiseur porte cassée canape a moitie casse. conciergerie du lac ouvert 10heure a18heure. 1ere nuit a l/hotel ibis 95.20euros parking payant 78.80euros par deux et souvent complet. logement airbnb pas indique par BOOKING .Dans une chambre une table qui doit datée de 1900 .les placards et armoires plein de vieux trucs usages et plein de poussiere.A transmettre a BOOKING en qui j/avais une grande confiance mais cette fois ci je suis tres deçu. je peux s/il le faut fournir les PHOTOS JUSTIFICATIVES .

Après le stationnement de la voiture trouver le lieu de récupération de la clef (avec un numéro) mais pas d,autres informations; trouver l,immeuble sans connaitre l,emplacement de l,appartement- ni étage ni le nom de la personne indiquée sur la sonnette et la porte ,un parcours long et stressant...trop compliqué. Procédure à revoir. Propreté moyenne, insuffisance de papier toilette pour 5 nuits.

superbe appartement

L'appartement extrêmement bien situé dans Annecy ni trop loin ni trop près des commerces et restaurants. Très lumineux même si le soleil ne tape pas directement dans les fenêtres ce qui reste un très bon point Car nous n'avons pas eu trop chaud. le seul bémol ( et vraiment pour en trouver un ) les matelas des lits sont assez dure et ils manquent des brochures pour savoir toutes les activités à faire dans le coin. sinon tout était parfait je reviendrais avec plaisirs.
