Everything in this 2nd Floor 1600 sq ft Arabella model is new as of January 2021 including appliances (big and small) including an induction stove to beds, mattresses, furniture, towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, lanai furniture, everything! Enjoy your morning coffee on the Lanai overlooking the golf course in one of the comfortable swivel chairs.

Key features include: 2 bedrooms each with King beds, 2 Full baths, Full laundry and a large Den with a sit/stand desk and a sleeper sofa. The plastic is still on the mattress in the sleeper sofa. There is a community pool less than 50 yards from the unit and it is less than a 5 minute walk to the community hub that including resort style pool, golf course, tennis courts, gym, Pilates/Yoga Studio, Spa and Tiki Bar (indoor/outdoor).

Perhaps the best part of this home is you are afforded membership privileges throughout your stay from 1 month to a year with a one off charge of $214. That means you pay no green fees (cart fees extra) throughout your stay and get resident booking priority over the public. If you don't already know, Lakewood National features 36 holes (Commander & Piper Courses) and was the second last course Arnold Palmer designed before his passing. This is a golfers paradise.

Need more? Lakewood National is less that 10 minutes to I-75, 15 minutes to the University Town Centre Shops (UTC) and 35 minutes to the outstanding beaches of Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key.

The owner was a delight. Property was nicer then described. Clean, relaxing and pleasantly decorated. We used it as an extended stay while our home was being built in the area.

We live in London, Ontario and previously had a home in AZ but decided to sell it and purchase in FL. Lakewood National was a great fit given the recreation community (Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, etc.) and easy access to the beaches of the Gulf Coast.

Why they chose this property

The best part of this property is its location a small community pool 50 yards away and with 1600+ living space it is the right size plus two Lanai one at the front and back.
