The place was pretty clean. The only thing I would say as a negative is that the televisions were not able to be utilized because the cables were not hooked up.

We had a good family vacation at this house in Bradenton. Location is nice and stores and restaurants are close by. The beach is about a 15 minute drive. When we arrived, we noticed that the AC wasn't working. Owner had repair company come out right away and within several days they replaced the whole heating/cooling system.Home is dated and older but overall nice. There were limited wash clothes so we purchased more to use during our stay. Also, no broom and dustpan was there so we purchased one. Kitchen had most of what we needed to cook our own food. We enjoyed the heated pool down the street. Overall it was a decent place for our family to stay for a week.

There was a broom and dustpan in the laundry closet and 12 washcloths in the linen closet. Unfortunately some things get taken and we aren’t aware of it but we try to keep it fully stocked. Beaches

Condo was as listed, community/neighborhood though has way to many rules for a vacation spot. You cant not have noise that goes outside your small area. No noise after 11pm at all which was hard to maintain with 4 kids ranging from 2-11years old on a vacation trip. Beaches stay packed and if you dont arrive by 9am you probably want find parking. If you do arrive early and get a parking spot the beaches literally get so full your shade tents will touch the person next to you your so close. All beaches surrounding do not allow smoking or alchol on the beach which is great if traveling with kids but not adults trying to relax. Again condo was wonderful, host wonderful, our only issues was surroundings. Pool closed at 7p every night. Beaches close at 9 or 10p so do all surrounding piers on the ocean. Some on bays where open all night but crowded. So all depends what your looking for our your vacation.

The crowds sound terrible but could have been because of the holiday timing, although some of the beaches do get very crowded. It’s only because they’re so beautiful everyone wants to be there. 🥰. We loved the location for our girls trip. The condo was spacious and clean. Easy check in and check out, especially since our flight arrived very late at night. Our contact was very responsive to any needs we had during the trip. The furnishings and linens are very worn and outdated, feeling like everything came from a thrift store. Additionally, there is a stain on the couch. A refresh and some basic amenities like starter coffee would make it a 5 star stay.
