At the Gîtes du Moulin, two cottages can accommodate you: Le Charmant capacity 4 people rated 4 stars and Le Cosy capacity 2 people rated 4 stars.
The doors of the Charmant opened on April 01, 2019, it will welcome you in a modern, nice, spacious and fully equipped decoration, you will lack nothing to spend a pleasant stay!
The "country" room equipped with a 160x200 bed, the "zen" room equipped with a 160x200 bed or 2 beds 80x200.
A large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with central island.
You can enjoy its 2 private terraces with barbecue and views of the pool and the other overlooking the private parking.

Located 20 minutes from Toulouse, 10 minutes from Muret and Auterive, the "charming" cottage is charming and modern, adjoining a wall with the owner, in the heart of the country village of Lagardelle sur Leze in a quiet area with its private and closed parking (electric gate) and its green space with a view of the Lize Valley. House T3 of 90m2 with Wifi, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom equipped with Italian shower, modern fully equipped kitchen with central island, private terrace with barbecue and view of the 8x4 swimming pool and the Lèze Valley. Nearby activities : - 8x4 salt water swimming pool (not heated) and (shared with the owner and other guests of the Gîte Cosy and Chambres d'Hôtes) - Petanque court on the property and private. Access to the private SPA optional and by reservation.
Departure on foot from the cottage for walks or bike rides - Hiking and mountain biking in the forest of Eaunes located 5 kms from the cottage and others in the surrounding area - Walks in the Forest of Brioudes in Muret 9kms - Boulodrome and City in the center of the village - Equestrian center 4 kms (In Beaumont s/Leze) - Canoeing kayak 5kms (In Vernet) and 10kms (In Muret) - 1h30 from the ski resorts and sea - 1 hour from the City of Carcassonne - Crossing the Canal de Midi - Several restaurants nearby (Local cuisine, Italian, Reunionese, Portuguese) - Discover the Pyrenees, Lourdes, Pas de la Casa, Andorra....

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. Les coins piscine ou boulodrome sont bien agréables même hors saison. Les enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié jouer avec les animaux.Les propriétaires sont par ailleurs très prévenants et arrangeants. Suite à un problème de réservation, ils ont trouvé une solution pour que nous puissions prolonger notre séjour.. Nous recommandons ce gîte d'un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Séjour dans les environs de Toulouse

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet hébergement pour découvrir Toulouse e ses environs. La maison est située dans un village très calme. elle est très bien équipée et permet de profiter de la campagne sans être trop loin de Toulouse. L'accueil par Léontina a été super, les animaux sont calmes, le logement très propre, confortable et bien équipé. Nous recommandons vivement.

Très chouette sejour

Une belle surprise que ces quelques jours au Gîte du Moulin. L'accueil par toute la famille est top, le lieu charmant et parfaitement entretenu. Un vrai havre de tranquillité ! Petit clin d'œil aux animaux du gîte tous très sociables pour le plus grand bonheur de nos filles. Merci à toute la famille et longue vie au Gîte du Moulin !

Séjour parfait

Accueil très sympathique. Gîtes propre, moderne, bien agencé, très agréable d’y être. La piscine est chouette avec son petit coin salon agréable pour se poser. Le terrain de pétanque a fait son effet avec ces petites lumières pour y jouer le soir. Endroit calme et reposant, avec possibilité de beaucoup d’activités et commerces aux alentours sans devoir faire des km. Les hôtes sont très à l’écoute et vraiment sympathiques. Nous avons appréciés nos vacances sans aucun regret et nous recommanderons l’endroit sans hésitation. Encore merci pour tout! Océane, Coline, Benjamin et Dylan
