Beautiful condo, clean, well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. The location to the beach was perfect. We will definitely be interested in staying in this condo again next year. The best part it was pet friendly and we were able to bring our dog.

My husband had a stroke the week before our stay and heart procedure the week of. Treasure Island and VRBO were both notified. We bought the insurance and working on a refund. Only choice we were given

A little slice of Heaven

This property is well maintained & in a great location. Staff is Wonderful. The gas grills are WELL maintained & located just a few steps from your door. Being a 3rd floor condo made for quick access to the beach as well as amazing views of the ocean. We are planning a return trip ASAP.

Convenient Amnesia

Was looking forward to the beach access and waters of PC’s shores; however VRBO, Treasure Island and the owner was happy to take our money for the week but conveniently forgot to mention there would be no beach access, chairs or piece full sunsets on the balcony at night the whole week. There would be a closed beach and 24/7 construction outside, listening to heavy equipment, and a beach reclamation project going on the whole stay. No mention of that. We will not stay again at this place or use VRBO again.

VRBO, Treasure Island Resort or the owner had no control over the beach reclamation project. The beach was still available for guest to use just not directly behind Treasure Island itself the beach access number 2 and 4 was still open, we did not know the extent of how much construction and noise was involved until it started. For the inconvenience to no fault of the resort or owner a refund of a night was credit back to you prior to your departure. We are sorry to hear you will not be back, due to the reclamation project the beach is beautiful and we now have more beach to enjoy behind the resort.

We loved the location and that it was also pet friendly! The only complaint was the hot water ran out when the family was taking showers!! Beautiful spot on the beach and very convenient... Thank you so much we will travel here again!

The View

This place was great for my family and I. We had a great time, the views were amazing, short walk to great restaurants, and right above the pool. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would definitely stay here again.
