Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Best Location Ever

Condo was clean, nicely furnished, and located in a perfect spot. You are within waling distance of most anything that you'd like. Had an absolutely amazing stay there and hope to come back again soon!

Just some minor things. Maybe another waste basket in main bathroom. Had to ask for some lap blankets, received queen comforters,. They worked but oversized for preference. Second bedside lamp would have been nice. Maybe a swiffer. I wanted to clean. The mop was a bit disgusting. Otherwise we had a fabulous experience. Very clean when we arrived. I will return!

Perfect location

The location of this condo is perfect. It is in a close walk to pier park and multiple places to eat. The pools at this condo are my favorite, and I'm not even a pool person. The area of the beach they manage is great and very clean. The bed in this unit is by far the best we have had at a condo. Easy check in and check out. We will def stay in this unit again.

It was okay

One pool was closed, the other pool had a light hanging out of it (looked pretty trashy), the tiki bar closed early every day. Buzz kill...if you want a drink after 4pm, you have to buy your own, or go somewhere else.. The remote control to the bedroom fan is missing the back, so the battery is hanging out. We did finally get it to work though. The door to the living room gets stuck. The view was nice and its close to pier Park, so it's convenient. We've stayed here before in a different room and had an outstanding experience. This time was just "okay".

Good location but a few issues with the room

Overall we had a good trip but the room needs attention. The general cleanliness of the room was okay but the floors were filthy. The master bathroom toilet seat was broken and so was the hand towel holder at the sink. Both were reported at check-in but were still broken when we left 4 days later. The room was listed on VRBO with “Beach Service” but that was not the case when got down to the beach. I didn’t screen shot the listing and it has since been changed. (Learned a lesson). The Calypso is in a great location and the pool and tiki bar were great!

Calypso/ panhandle getaway

405w was ok, mst bed light didnt work and could have been cleaner. Great location and customer service. For the money you pay I had high expectations for everything.

Beach Time

Over all a good stay. Pros: Right on the beach. Nice balcony. Quick communication with owners. Cons: Floors/corners could have been cleaner. Dust on kitchen bar and you could see rings and spots from last visitors. Bed toooooo high!! Refrigerator door pops every time you open it, and Ice only does crushed.

Beautiful 4th floor unit! An oasis.

Blissfully peaceful, very clean, non Keurig coffee maker (don’t bring your pods!). High enough to be fairly quiet, low enough to avoid a nose bleed. I would totally stay here again.
