COME CHECK OUT OUR CONDO!! If you like looking out your window and seeing the ocean, this unit is exactly what you are looking for! Condo has a king size bed in the bedroom. Bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa are also available. The condo is located on the 5th floor. The unit overlooks the west end pool and the beach. Your children will love the kiddie pools.

Everything you need for a great time is located at The Summit. There is a restaurant, 2 pools, 2 kiddie pools, tiki bar, sauna, exercise room, hot tubs, ATM, gift shop, etc. on site. The view is spectular with sunsets you will never forget.

If you have never experienced the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico or world famous Panama City Beach, we invite you to rent our condo and come for a stay. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. If you have experienced the white sands of the Gulf, is it time for another trip?

We have stayed at the Summit for the last 4 years & really enjoy this resort. Our room this year was everything it showed on the pics, beautiful! Our only complaint was that the toilets are way too low, almost felt like you were going to fall when sitting down & once you got there it felt like you were sitting on the floor. Almost seemed like a kids potty!

We really enjoyed our stay. The 5th floor was perfect for us. We usually do not stay over the 4th floor. But all elevators worked.(big plus) and my mother could see everything from this unit. No palm trees to block her view. The unit is exactly as described. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful property, exactly as pictured, very nice owners!!!

We arrived with 3 adults and 2 children. The entire place was very clean, family appropriate and location was awesome; plenty to do close by to stay entertained. Pools and hot tubs were clean. Bikini Bob's had really good food! Both little bars were very friendly. The included beach chairs are comfy and convenient. The condo was nice and clean. Great view. The owner(s) were very sweet and I spoke to her about all my questions and concerns and she was very informative! This was over all a great place to stay. I will return in the future! Thanks for letting us stay! You will not regret staying here! :)

Good Stay

The condo was very clean but could use some overall updating. The bed was comfortable but firm. The one negative I have is not for the condo but the property. They have about 5-7 cats that just hang out on the property and carts. I am highly allergic so we didn’t care for that. We were unable to enjoy the sunset fully from the balcony due to eye sore of Spinakers old building blocking. We had a great time on our trip. Just wanted to give constructive feedback.

Fun little get away

Myself, my 20 year old daughter, daughter in law, and 3 yr old special needs granddaughter went on this trip. We had a good time. Pros: the room came with 2 beach chairs and the beach attendant was accommodating when we asked for chairs we could put a tent behind for my granddaughter. The multiple pools were nice so it wasn’t too crowded even for a holiday weekend. There is an onsite snack shop that was reasonably priced. Also, a tiki bar at the pool if you like to drink. They had some kind of entertainment out by the pool every night. Usually music so we could sit in the balcony and enjoy that, but you couldn’t hear it from the inside with the door closed. The room was nice and everything that was described in the listing was as expected. Cons: The building could use some upgrading. There was only one set of working elevators which made it real hard with a special needs child. She had to be carried up and down stairs or wait a long time on elevators. Unfortunately we were there during a holiday weekend. Other guests were loud and slamming doors even after the quiet hours from 11pm-7 am. No I didn’t report it to the front desk. I didn’t realize when booking how big this condo is and there were a lot of people there. Overall we had a good time and it was a nice get away together.

Stay was disappointing

The entire stay here was nasty. Toilet in master room was not clean. Kitchen is so small that you cannot open the dishwasher and fridge. Dirt and trash was under both couches. The entire stay we were there all we could smell on porch was marijuana being used. Not one morning that we could sit on porch without hearing loud music being played from above or below us. Marijuana smell at pool, hot tubs areas and in elevators. Waited atleast 30 minutes everytime to use elevator. Only ONE elevator working. Had to get up by 6am if you wanted a good chair on beach. No thanks. This condo is not worth what we paid for one week. People were so loud and all so dirty. Had to close pool one day as there was multiple areas of poop in both pools. I mean seriously. Would not recommend this place. This facility is obviously for what appeared as underage drinking/partying and smoking pot as it was everywhere!! I never complain about a stay, but this was needed.

We are sorry you did not have a pleasant stay. All of the units have the same floor plan. The kitchen is not large but is functional for a one week vacation. All the units are individually owned and there is no control over the clientele. Loud music is to be reported to customer relations/security. The elevators have been undergoing upgrades due to damage from Hurricane Michael. This has been a long process and understand your frustration if only one was operational. The company was to be finished by the end of May but there were some delays in their meeting this deadline. Cleanliness issues will be addressed with housekeeping as we do strive to maintain an attractive, clean, and well maintained unit for our guests.

Family Vacation

We had a great week here! We stayed in 408. There was plenty of room in the condo for my family of 4. The kitchen is redone so nicely! The kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast/lunch each day and we loved having the beach chairs included because it was less to haul down. We had no issues with the elevators. One of the main tower ones was not working, but the other was fast enough that we never waited more than a few minutes for the next one. We did take the stairs some, but my kids loved the elevators. Bikini Bob's was great and had some reasonably priced drinks. The couple we tried were really good. My kids loved the pools and we spent a ton of time in them and never had an issue getting chairs. We came in August and overall PCB didn't seem too crowded that week. The beds were comfortable. I didn't realize the rail on the top bunk was the ladder and we only brought one bed rail. We just put the ladder up top at night for my 5 year old. We definitely felt like we got a good value with the amenities of the condo and the price we paid. Some spots in the condo could use a little updating/deep cleaning like corners, etc. I also would have loved more comfortable balcony furniture as I sat out there a lot as well as a different couch as there were a few spots on it and just overall seemed more worn. Definitely minor things and we would 100% stay here again. Thanks for a great place to stay for my kiddo's first trip to the beach! It was an amazing week!

Will not be staying again unit 513!

Arrived and first thing i seen was roaches running across the floor in the bed room. Went in the kitchen and there were baby roaches running in there. It was almost 2 in the morning but I sent a text to the owners anyways of pictures. The next day I hadn't heard anything from them so that night when we come back in from a busy fun filled day I sent them a message on vrbo and the owner contacted me said he would have someone come spray the room but he didn't have any complaints of roaches. I looked back in the reviews and the 2nd review I seen said something about seeing roaches!! There was hair in the refrigerator and the dishes were NOT at all clean! There was also stains on some of the bed clothes but thankfully I brought my own. Its ridiculous that I had to pay the amount we did for roaches and dirty dishes/bed clothes and nothing was offered in return for the issues. The elevators worked well one of them did the other one had a mind of its own but the wait was FOREVER long every time we went out. Location was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. Pools was nice also. The mattress in the bedroom was not comfortable at all it needs replaced. Do NOT rent this room!!

We do strive to maintain a clean, well maintained unit as you can tell from our numerous positive reviews. We would like to respond to your review even though we have discussed most of these issues with you personally. The company we are contracted with to spray was not available to spray on Labor Day weekend but did use an OTC chemical. The unit has been professionally sprayed and treated. Spraying maintenance is done on a monthly basis. We offered to replace the stained bed linen. There was no mention of the dirty dishes to my remembrance. We would have been glad to have that rectified. Thank you for the feedback on the mattress. Once again, we do try to keep a clean, well-maintained unit for us to stay in as well as our guests.

We had a wonderful vacation

The condo (408) was just as described, it was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The balcony was nice to have coffee on and overlooked the beautiful beach. Kathy the owner was easy to get ahold of and promptly answered any questions we had. The elevator situation as others have talked about was frustrating they are slow and one was out of service occasionally. The facility itself could use some updates. Staff that worked at the front check-in were extremely rude. Bikini bobs was a great perk if you needed something quick! Overall we had a great week stay. Highly recommend using this property owner!

Great place to stay!

This condo is seriously the best bang for your buck. Great price and beautiful, clean place. Our only issue was that only 1 elevator was working for the whole complex during our trip but that is out of the condo owners hands (and the Summit had people working on it around the clock). We just took the stairs when we wasn’t loaded down with luggage or stuff for the beach, so all and all wasn’t terrible just a little bump in the road. We are hoping to come back soon. Kathy (the owner) was, also, great. She communicated very effectively. Highly recommend.

Great location and was not super busy❤️

Our family had the best time there. We grilled hamburgers by the hot tub area one night. The last night we walked across the street to eat crab legs at Hammer Heads Fred’s. Loved a lot of stuff were in walking distance. If I had to change anything I would like for the beds to be more comfortable. But other than that our stay was great.

Spring break trip

Place was clean and just as expected. Was able to check into our room a little early before storms rolled in so that was a very nice accommodation they granted to me. Heated pool is a plus and the food/drinks on site are good!

Great Location and Easy Process

Overall, this place was wonderful! The room was nicely furnished and the walk to the pool and beach was perfect. My only complaint was that there was only 1 working elevator in the complex instead of the 4 that were installed, so we had to use the stairs a lot.

Enjoyed our stay. Only had one issue during our 5 night stay. We were locked out of our room due to a dead battery in the lock. I called the owner and within 20-30 minutes they had someone there to resolve the problem.
