The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and very detailed oriented in their instructions. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. There was plenty of room for our group of 5. The area is quiet and is located about 10 minutes to the nearest beach access.

Colony Club M6

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very good. The only thing that was annoying was the internet service provider had hiccups occasionally and that has nothing to do with the property.

The sofa sleeper was broken. So two people had to sleep on a broken sofa bed. All we got was an apology. I feel like they could have offered us an air mattress or some alternative place for the two people to sleep. This kitchen was stocked better than any VRBO I have rented. The air fryer, salad spinner and decent skillets and storage containers were very helpful. If they had addressed the broken bed I would have given them five stars.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. We’re sorry for the issue with the sofa sleeper. Our team was told at the time that everything was okay after maintenance came out to check on you, and we weren’t made aware that an alternative was still needed. We would have been happy to help if we had known.

Colony Club M6

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Colony Club, M6 Unit. The accommodations were comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had plenty of pans and utensils for ease in cooking. King bed was comfortable, not sure about the guest bed. There was plenty of closet space open for our use. The pool, hot tub and club house with fitness room were out of service for most of our stay. That was a big disappointment. Otherwise, it was a good vacation stay.

It was a pleasure having you as our guest and we are so happy to hear that you had a great experience! It is regretful that some of the amenities were unavailable during your stay. The winter season is usually the time a lot of repairs are done. We look forward to welcoming you back.

Brooklyns 11th birthday

We really enjoyed our stay.the condo was very nice. Only problem on the saturday we had left for an adventure, upon arrive back to our condo the people that was renting the condo across from M-6 (ours) was sitting on the stairs right out in front of our door smoking a joint. Which was not cool for us because we had a child with us , and unfortunately they did also. However other than that we Loved it and will book again.
