The soul reason for this rental was its proximity to our son's home in the same neighborhood. We prefer having "our own space" when we visit and this was perfect! It was also an easy walk to two restaurants and Boggy Point which is a beautiful spot for morning sunrise photos. While the apartment was dated, it was clean and very comfortable. The owners took care to provide basic necessities (i.e. coffee, creamer, sugar, etc.) and beyond (Bactine, bandaids, etc.). The neighborhood was quiet and being on the intercoastal waterway was pleasant. We would definitely stay here again! Also very much appreciated was an email with our entry codes and key/check-out instructions instead of being in vrbo's site where we had to log in on our phones and remember passwords. Thank you for that. We hope to do business with you again sometime!
Clean, well-equipped room in quiet neighborhood setting. Nice pool and complex. Nice boat dock available. The rooms are not huge but clean and space enough for our needs. Highly recommend and we will be back!
Exactly what we were looking for in a small condo. Waterfront, pool, covered parking and close to food. We usually stay at the Phoenix on the bay, this was so much easier though.
We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to launch our boat and keep it docked at the condo. Everything was really nice and easy access to trailer storage, resturants and grocery store. All residents we met were very friendly and helpful. Will book again soon!
We stayed for the Blue Angels weekend.
Location was great.
Second bedroom was a little small, but we didn’t stay in the condo much.
Overall we had a wonderful stay here.
Great spot and set up. Only issue encountered was could not get the tv in main bedroom to work and curtain in living room messed up. Otherwise , great stay!
We booked this property for a short vacation before school was to begin. We knew it was going to be a great experience upon arrival because the welcome mat said "Our Happy Place", and that is how we describe Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. The condo was clean and plenty of room for us. We loved having the boat slip so close and was big enough for our pontoon boat. The complex was quiet, very courteous neighbors. Just what we needed for a few days to unplug from the world.
Place was perfect for a quick fishing get away. Condo was clean with basic amenities. Boat slip was convenient. We have a Gamefish25 and the trailer would not fit under condo. A smaller trailer may but it will be tight. We were able to park the trailer at Happy Harbor for a small daily fee.
Will use again for a future fishing trip.

The condo was not clean. There were crumbs on counter, dirty dishes on the counter, a bed was not made. The towels were like sandpaper.
Positives were it had a boat slip. It was in a good location.

Hi Susan,
We're sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. At Casa, we pride ourselves on offering an environment that is both cozy and pleasant.
At the time, the individual who cleaned the condo was new and had not learned the ropes yet; but, we have corrected the problem and it won't happen again!

Great Location
This was a perfect location. We loved that we were able to dock our boat near the condo. The listing shows that there are two king beds- this was the main reason we chose this condo. However, when we arrived it was two queen beds- so we were very disappointed. The mattresses seemed pretty worn and we’re not very comfortable. I actually spent two nights sleeping on the couch.
On a positive note- it’s a quiet complex. The grilling area and the pool were very nice. It was easy to navigate to the bay by boat to Robinson Island.

Cute Condo with some issues
We enjoyed the condo it was clean and roomy. The location was perfect to get to restaurants nearby. The problem we ran into was that the queen beds felt more like full size in both bedrooms. It was hard to sleep on smaller beds. The most frustrating thing was the TV. We were told in the description that it had cable/satellite. We weren't able to watch any TV unless you have a streaming account. I reach out to the owner via message through VRBO to see if she could provide us with the reason cable/satellite was not working. We never received a response back which is why I'm giving it a lower score/rating.
