Beautiful apartment—50 meters from the ocean

A lovely, bright 52-square-meter apartment located 50 metres from the beach and the Marcel Proust Promenade. A 5-minute walk from city centre, with restaurants and shops.

Close to a wide variety of activities to enjoy with family or friends: Mini-golf, casino, Club Mickey, horseback riding centers, the cider trail, walks, the cliffs of Étretat, the D-Day beaches and their history, etc.

It is located in a small, quiet, and secure residence on the 1st floor with an lift. A parking space is reserved for you in the basement.

The apartment, renovated in 2022, consists of:
- A 18 m² living/dining room equipped with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed that sleeps two.
In the dining area, there is a table that seats 6 and a large sideboard for storage.

- A 5 m² south-facing balcony with tables and chairs, accessible from the living area.

- A separate kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, including a Tassimo capsule coffee maker, conventional oven and microwave, toaster, large refrigerator, electric kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine.

- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 190) and storage space.
Baby equipment: a travel cot + mattress.

- A separate bathroom with a hair dryer.

- A separate toilet.

- An entryway with a closet.

Linens are not provided.

A concierge service will be on site to assist you during your stay.

Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Parties are not permitted in this quiet residence; no noise after 10:00 p.m.

L'appartement est bien situé, très proche de la plage et du centre ville. La place de parking en sous sol est appréciable en haute saison. Le propriétaire est très agréable et réactif.

Très bon séjour

Location confortable, propre, bien située, calme avec vue agréable sur les jardins à partir du balcon. La mer est à 1 mn à pied. Juste une petite remarque sur le matelas de l'un des lits, qui est un peu juste au niveau de l'épaisseur. Mais c'est un détail, le reste est parfait.

Bon appartement.

Très bon séjour. Le logement est relativement spatieux, propre et surtout très bien placé. On voit que l'appartement est en cours d'amélioration, toutes les peintures sont neuves, et la cuisine également. Reste quelques travaux à faire pour le rendre parfait (refaire les huisseries et l'isolation, mettre du double vitrage, améliorer la salle de bain 1970, en remplaçant la baignoire par une douche par exemple, et puis remplacer le lit-armoire par un simple sommier).

Appartement bien situé (rue parallèle à la promenade Marcel Proust) .... à 3 minutes du Grand Hôtel et du Casino ... et donc pas très loin du centre ville. Calme et conforme à la description. Des verres à pied seraient les bienvenus pour les amateurs de vin ...
