Renovated in 2023! "Casa Marcia" is located in the heart of Vale do Lobo, just a 3 minute walk away from the beach, the resort swimming pool and all the restaurant and shopping facilities of the Vale Do Lobo 'Praca'. Fitted kitchen with all appliances including microwave & washing machine. Two steps lead up to the lounge area and patio doors to small terrace with outside table and chairs. Dining area with dining table to seat 6. Free WIFI internet and IPTV with SKY Sports! Ground floor: One twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. First floor: One twin bedroom and one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and shared bathroom. Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and lounge. Parking area is adjacent to the back entrance to the villa.
As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following: Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay). The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above. Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival

Great location - a few minutes walk from the beach and bars and restaurants.
Aldo very close to Vale do Lobo golf course.

It was a very nice 2 week beach vacation with kids from 10 months to 6 years!
Top location, at 500m from Vale do Lobo beach and restaurants (5 min walking), in a very quiet location, among trees and a green space, great for kids.
Excellent areas, both interior and exterior, good living room and bedrooms and 2 patios, one of them very large as compared with the neighborhood. Too much furniture in the living and dining area makes the space seem smaller than it really is.
Good quality wc towels, exchanged twice a week.
Not so good bed sheets, they were using duvet cover as sheets but the measures didn't fit.
Kitchen and bathrooms need improvement, old and poor quality, several items with rust, toilet flush not working well.
Cleaning is really poor - sofa, chair cushions and rug were very dirty, we found food under the table and many months of dust under the sofa.
Kitchen missing basic items, very few glasses, mostly plastic and very old, cutlery missing and mismatching - we couldn't set a table for 6 with matching glasses and cutlery.
The appliances and air conditioning are ok and working well, and also the barbecue.
Good windows with mosquito nets.
The property manager was helpful and tried to solve our requests under his possibilities.
Much of the problems can be solved with a minor investment and the positives were many!
We hope to come back!
