Located a short walk from the golden sandy beach and Praca area, with its variety of restaurants and bars, this recently refurbished large 2-bedroom semi-detached villa provides luxury accommodation, which is also close to Vale do Lobo's many top facilities.

A fantastic place to stay, one of the best locations in the resort, close to the central Praca and its nightlife but just far enough away if you prefer peace and tranquillity. The villa is luxurious & spacious with large split-level dining and living rooms, well equipped throughout and with polished solid marble floors and stylish decor. It is a 4 minutes walk from the beach, sleeps 4 adults (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) plus two camp beds for kids, with top quality Italian kitchen, deluxe bathrooms, 'Jacuzzi' bath, large rear patio with sunbeds, table and chairs, umbrella and BBQ, roof terrace with sea views, air conditioning throughout, alarm, electric shutters, good security, private driveway & garden, superbly located for beach, Praca, golf, tennis academy, fitness centre and all amenities.

Upon arrival at the villa you will be met by my friendly colleague who will go through check-in (3pm)and the facilities with you. They will also arrange check-out (10am) for you.

A maid service is provided: For stays over 7 nights, maid service and change of towels/linen are included once per week. Additional maid services are available on request (in advance) for an additional cost. Beach towels are not provide, please bring your own. Guests are expected to keep the villa reasonably clean during their stay.

Great location

The property is located very close to the Praca and the beach, and with great views from the roof terrace and plenty of outdoor space, its a great property in this price range.

Perfect break

Lovely villa

We had a lovely stay, the villa is beautiful and had everything we needed. It is only 5 -10 min walk from the beach which we managed just fine with 2 kids. We would definitely stay there again if we were to return to Algarve.

Great birthday break

We have stayed at this villa a few times before and it lived up to expectations once again. Fantastic villa really well located and the help from Kat and Ricardo to provide a great experience for Ali’s 60th birthday were very much appreciated! We will be back.

This villa is very spacious and in an excellent location for the beach and restaurants. The bathrooms and kitchen/living area are beautiful and very modern. There is a huge patio outside and a roof terrace. It was very well maintained and the booking process was excellent.

Bright and breezy

Lovely villa for my husband and I Patio sliding doors with fly screens enable breeze throughout. Spacious and comfortable main bedroom with well appointed bathroom. South facing sunny patio, no pool but only a short walk to the beautiful beach Sunbeds are expensive though..€40 per day Very peaceful Car needed for shops and golf club although it is walkable.

Another great week

Another fantastic week at this villa. Myself and my two children (13 & 10) came for the first time last year and between lake activities at Quinta and the beach at VDL we were not short of things to do. The villa once again was perfect - clean, spacious and very well equipped. It's 5 minutes from the beach and the Praca so its location is excellent too. I've no hesitation in recommending it and its owner who is responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

View from the top patio was stunning, but needs a rail on the spiral staircase. Inside the villa was a bit tired, but very clean and comfortable. Outside however was very disappointing. Front and rear very overgrown. Agent promised gardeners at the weekend, which was 5 days after we arrived. We were unable to use the barbecue as it hadn’t been cleaned after last client and the loungers were filthy and greasy. My husband ended up scrubbing them with the brush and hot soapy water. Now we know why the outside of the property isn’t shown. Also the Wi-Fi wasn’t on for 24hrs. When on, T.V. kept breaking up, and we couldn’t get any music as ‘Alexa’ ? wouldn’t work. We’ve been staying at Vale do Lobo for over 20 years so we made the best of what we had and thoroughly enjoyed it as usual. Val Burgess

Great choice!

Kat’s house was just perfect for our family. The location is great (very close to the beach and to the main square of Vale do Lobo). Kat’s communication was quick and friendly. The house was perfectly cleaned.

Great villa in a fantastic location

We have just come back from a great 10 days in the villa. The villa is modern, clean and spacious, a real home from home. And the roof terrace is great for a pre-dinner drink in the sun. The location is fantastic, less than 10 mins walk from the Praca and under 15 minutes from the golf club, while the famous 16th hole of the Royal Course is just around the corner if you fancy watching some golfers try to take it on. Kat the owner was very easy to deal with, as was Ricardo the agent. The only slight issue was getting the wifi to work, but that's a very minor quibble given that you can now use your UK data allowance in Portugal. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend the villa and hopefully we will rent it again soon.

Fantastic villa in a great location

My wife, son and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the villa. There was a nice welcoming gift on arrival and the systems in the villa were all explained to us by Ricardo. The interior of the villa is superb and the rear courtyard is a great sun trap all day. There are also fantastic views of the 15th hole and beyond from the roof terrace. The only improvement would be to add a pool! Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic Five days with Kids

In a nutshell - the description is 100% accurate. Clean, modern, very well equipped, well located and a really excellent standard throughout. I'm a bit of a fussy traveler and do plenty of research in advance - this Villa fulfilled all of our expectations. We had our days planned and we surfed with the Quinta surf school, did the Segue tour, used the pool at the Praca in VDL, went to Aqua Show land water park, went to the beach at VDL etc. My kids are 12 and 9 and were never bored and when we needed a little downtime away from the heat, we watched a movie on the DVD - good selection of books and DVDs in the villa. The owner was excellent to deal with - the handover on site went like clockwork - it was as stress-free as I could have hoped and given I was travelling alone with my children, that means a lot.
